Hindus are free to believe or not to believe in God or to question the very existence of God. There's no institution of clergy to level charges of blasphemy and impose death penalty. Can you find any secular Muslim? If any one declares himself secular then he can't be a Muslim at all. Secularism is against the basic tenets of Islam which accomodates only believers and non-believers (Kafir/Infidel) have no right to live under the premise of Islam.
