Hinduism is not merely a religion of tolerance towards other faiths. Hinduism accepts all religions as true, although, those very religions do not return the compliment and reject Hinduism as a valid path towards Godhead. This sort of one-way traffic does not augur well for peace for there is the seed of violence embedded in the very idea of this rejection of the validity of other faiths. That educated individuals by the hordes can subscribe to such archaic absolutist injunctions is the tragedy of the times still and one wonders how much more of enlightenment brought in by science will dispel these illusions and wrong conceptions from the minds of these deluded souls. That people choose to be guided by past 'masters' and refuse to use their own minds in a rational way to determine the course of their lives, that men are bought into these beliefs by the lure of benefit and that medieval superstition reigns over the sanity of scientific thinking is a baffling feature of human psychology.
So long as vast numbers of people do not become rationally strengthened to reject the irrational propositions of these archaic faiths, peace remains a distant dream here on earth, for fanatical religions will keep on spreading the virus of violence in their dealings with more benign religions like Hinduism. If the benign ones must survive, then they must stop pretending that the fanatical faiths are benign like them and they must be fully aware of the danger posed by such intolerant faiths that are dated in time and have personality as their basis despite their perfect pretension to the contrary. Truth must be out and it serves not humanity well to conceal the true intent of these pernicious cults whose aim is world domination. The best way to expose the malefic intent of these religions is to simply meditate on this one feature of theirs --- conversion.
