COUPLED FOREVER

Maya is nothing but Brahman in apparent undulation. As the waves subside, the same Maya ceases and is Brahman. The Being in Becoming is Maya. The Becoming in Being is Brahman. There is but One. It appears as the Many. It is not that Maya is here and now and Brahman is beyond it there and then. Everything is here and now, now in wave form, now waveless, still, silent. It is not that Brahman is one and Maya another. Brahman Itself is Maya. Maya resolved to nullity is Brahman. That is why Thakur used to say, "ব্রহ্ম-শক্তি অভেদ" ["Brahman and Shakti are inseparably One."]
