LET US ALL STAND IN SUPPORT OF 'SANNYASI DESHONAYAK' AND ITS GALLANT MAKER

Those who are criticising Amlan Kusum Ghosh unduly for making the film 'Sannyasi Deshonayak' the way he has done it would do the motherland far greater service by supporting the venture which after all is aimed at the recognition of Netaji's contribution to the cause of India's regeneration and the resurrection of his image much tarnished by erstwhile governments and parties with vested interests and ulterior motives. Those who love Netaji can surely not allow him to sink into oblivion, into being erased from public memory as has been the official attempt for long, but they must also be nursing the desire to know as to what happened to the hero post-disappearance. Such ones must make an earnest effort to make sure that they view the film and make it a success.

I sincerely urge everybody to ignore the remarks of irresponsible critics, ignoramuses who nurse vengeance on anybody who stands up for Netaji and does something worthwhile for him, and instead visit the theatres to watch the movie. You will have served the cause well by supporting it thus. And you will have educated yourself effortlessly as well by soaking in the information provided therein instead of dwelling in darkness simply listening to the carping comments of critics with vested interests and ulterior motives. Reverence and love for Netaji ought to impel you to move to the movie hall to watch this cinematic representation of one of the most significant episodes of free India's history. Encourage the filmmaker instead of trying to pull him down as jealous slaves do unto each other. Give up this crab-mentality and arise as lions in defence of a noble venture such as this.
