This man could never have married. He was a yogi, a man of supreme dispassion, renunciation, a controller of his senses. He could not have fallen victim to carnal compulsions like ordinary mortals.

There is no proof of his marriage. The love letters that have been unearthed after so many decades seem suspect, as is claimed by many a Netaji researcher.

The very visage is of one who seems to be purity incarnate. If he did indeed metamorphose into the reclusive monk of Faizabad, then there is no way one may subscribe to this fictitious tale of romantic alliance and consequent issue. Now each of us must study the subject and come to our respective conclusions.

Bhagavanji was categorical in his denunciation of this supposed fabrication of conjugal relation and paternity. That researchers who agree on Bhagavanji being Netaji post-disappearance however hold contrary views regarding Netaji's supposed marriage makes the mystery more perplexing. However, the most diligent researchers who have unselfishly dedicated their whole lives to the unearthing of the Netaji-mystery categorically debunk the marriage theory as a pernicious plot to defame Netaji, and the documentary proofs they furnish to back their arguments is convincing enough to conclude that Netaji had remained celibate throughout his life and had never given himself up to carnal connections of any sort. Truly he was the worthy successor of Swami Vivekananda who had in his adolescence transformed his life and remained ever after as his beacon in the dark sea of deceit and delusion as was his political environment at home and abroad.
