'MODERATE MUSLIM'? WHAT IS THAT?

How many so-called moderate Muslims are voicing their public protest against the death and rape threats that Nupur Sharma is regularly receiving? Are moderate Muslims really moderate or are they extensions of the same clan who by passive support uphold and advance the Islamic agenda of global domination? Why this hypersensitivity tending to mass violence on being shown the miror as to truths recorded in their inviolable scriptural texts?

Till now we are hearing of global outrage at Nupur Sharma's comments on television but no contradiction of the facts stated by her has come from any reputed Islamic scholar or cleric from any part of the world? Does it not therefore mean that what she said was the truth and nothing but the truth as it is scripturally corroborated? So, where's the cause for offence, violent outrage, vandalism on the streets of Kanpur and calls for her beheading on account of perceived blasphemy? Is it not a contradiction in terms, a total hypocrisy not to point out the factual errors in her statements should she have erred -- which she evidently did not -- before condemning her action, filing cases against her, calling for her arrest, vandalising the streets, issuing her death and rape threats, and unitedly in the Ummah attempting to destroy India's international image and interests?

A final word. Where lay her fault in recounting the bare truth and nothing but the truth which the entire Ummah is agreed upon on the basis of scriptural recordings? Is freedom of speech then gone for good from this country when quoting 'holy' texts is deemed blasphemous? Is the Shariah taking over our country slowly but surreptitiously?
