Do not expose your children to charlatans in the shape of astrologers and fake Gurus. Expose them instead to the life-giving literature of Ramakrishna-Vivekananda. You will see the difference it will make to their lives in due course of time.They will grow up to be leonine souls full of the fire of the Spirit, ready to take on the challenges of national life and help build the nation through their devoted service even as they progress towards the goal of personal fulfilment in God-vision. The times are propitious when such souls shall be born for the redemption of the motherland and it will be in keeping with that promise of national regeneration as envisaged by Swamiji that these children will have to guided to where the fountain of infinite wisdom and perennial bliss is instead of the alternative course of dragging them to the sensory world of phenomenal dreams where death is the eventual end of all aspirations. Parents must take care to provide their progeny right from their infancy the right ingredients for their fullest manifestation of consciousness. That, indeed, will be the right rearing of children, that, the best education afforded them.
