PAKISTAN -- IT IS TIME FOR COURSE CORRECTION 

Pakistan can never prosper unless it gives up its enmity to India and offers a genuine friendly hand. Remember, the intention must be pure and proper and not a counterfeit show of neighbourly amicability camouflaging dastardly designs. In waging this futile war on India for 75 years Pakistan has ruined its economy. Its military establishment has looted its coffers and reduced the country to bankruptcy. Its polity is in the grip of Islamic fundamentalism led by corrupt clerics galore. The madrassas are the hotbeds of global terrorism funded by the military establishment even as the masses suffer the grinding burden of poverty. 

Pakistan is slowly selling herself to China which will have devastating long-term territorial consequences for her. Once the debilitation of Pakistan is complete and she is reduced to the mercy of the Chinese, she will understand how costly it has been to partition the motherland, eternal India, which shall yet rise to unify the subcontinent amidst God knows what geopolitical stife. Right now there is time. The alarm bells are ringing all over Pakistan. But the masses are suppressed and the governing class is oblivious to their aspirations. It is now or never. Pakistan, rectify course. Else, dark days are ahead.
