THE MISSION OF THE MASTER ... 1

Every moment of our lives must be spent in serving Sri Ramakrishna. This must be the spiritual stance of every devotee of Thakur. And the vast visible body of the Master is the spiritually integrated institution of Ramakrishna Math and Ramakrishna Mission which we must serve to the best of our ability, sparing neither comfort nor leisure but relentlessly working on dispassionately towards the golden goal. Then peace shall be in our hearts and welfare abound in the world around.

2. নিজের স্বার্থচিন্তা দূর করতে পারলেই ঠাকুরের সেবায় আত্মনিয়োগ করা সহজসাধ্য | সমস্যা প্রথমটিতে | ওটি সহজে হবার নয় | বিশ মন পাথর ঠেলতে হবে তো | তবে মুহূর্তের যোগেই ঈশ্বরলাভ | কিন্তু তার বহু আগে জনসাধারণের দুঃখে কাতর হয়ে জীব ভক্তে পরিণত হয় | তারপর শুরু হয় নিরন্তর সেবা | এই হল ঠাকুর-মা-স্বামীজী প্রদর্শিত সেবাযোগ | আসুন, ঠাকুরের এই মহান কাজে জীবন উৎসর্গ করি | আর জীবনই বা কার? সেও তো ঠাকুরের |

SugataBose @Bhaskar Sen Sharma : Would it were that devotees came forward and contributed generously to the cause as well, in this case specifically to the Ramakrishna Math, Mekhliganj which is in need of urgent financial support.

Sugata Bose @Jukta Basu Mallick : Jukta, the lack of general response from devotees is disappointing. We have to work harder. We cannot be deterred in our humanistic cause by human apathy. The requisite amount of input energy must be fed in before output shows up in its manifest form. Thakur's cause is worth bleeding for and so shall our lives' energy be spent in fulfilling it in its diverse dispensations.
