SUSHMA SWARAJ PASSES AWAY
Her sweet voice and exhilarating oratory enthralled Parliament as did her pure self and motherly nature endear her to her colleagues and countrymen who beheld in her a politician of character, of a moral fibre rare in this much polluted vocation. Patriot to the core, an Indian steeped in her spiritual heritage, she epitomised the best of Indian womanhood. Sushma Swaraj passes away a day after the integration of Jammu and Kashmir, hours after she congratulated the Prime Minister on this historic achievement of the removal of Article 370 that in effect integrated Jammu and Kashmir to the Union of India in fullest terms. Prophetic it seems, the hour of her demise, when the timing is such. A day of national mourning, an irreparable loss for the motherland. May Mother accept Her child on Her lap !
