For devotees who are of a creative bent of mind, it is better to steer clear of the rigid bounds of organisation. Organisation stifles creativity for it caters to collective expression and the individual impulse. Creativity is essentially an individualistic exercise, original and free to follow inner impulses which may not be in keeping with organisational rules and regulations. Hence, the creative soul is either the founder of an organisation and later turns into an institution or he is ever wary of affiliation to any organisation that will curb his creative faculties.

The problem of the organisation in so far as nurturing creative talent is that it is a composite of mediocre minds who are driven towards a preset goal, a fixed agenda, a definite mission that leaves it not much room for exploration of uncharted terrain which is the essence of the creative pursuit. Consequently, much of the flower of the creative impulse is crushed with the fold of organisation and its impositions prove counter-productive to the efflorescence of bright individuals with ideas to offer to humanity. Organisation, thus, keeps moving along the beaten track and becomes repetitive in its pronouncements and
