You cannot have a spiritual organisation for long. The moment you form one, you have sown within its foundational soil the seeds of politics. It then gradually evolves into a political organisation. This is why Swamiji had said, "Organisation breeds new evils."

Organisation, in its bid for self-preservation and expansion, compromises principle for pecuniary and political power which in its pernicious effect degenerates it till it loses all spiritual significance and lives on as a shadow of its pristine past. Beware of such a decadent destiny, O Mission of our Master!
