FOR GOD'S SAKE DO NOT REDUCE RAMAKRISHNA-VIVEKANANDA TO A DIVINE SONG AND DANCE SEQUENCE 

The revolutionary spirit of Ramakrishna-Vivekananda must be emphasized and not the soft, sentimental aspect of surface devotion as is the wont these days, an aberration of their original ways which were deep and pulsating to vibrant feelings for oppressed and suppressed humanity here and elsewhere. Swamiji spent a lifetime invoking the God of Strength and Virility in men. Must we forsake his original ideals and sing and dance to namby-pamby tunes which merely pander to sensory weakness and make of men the 'jellyfish' which Swamiji so detested? Alas ! when will manhood awake?
