WHITHER DEVOTION ?
Devotion, intense and unwavering, diligent and disciplined, flaming and fervent, without falsity or fakery, secure unto eternity, saves oneself and helps save others. Such a one who is possessed of this, what in Sanskrit has been called 'shraddhaa', rises to meet the challenges of the times and helps humanity evolve unto a higher order of terrestrial existence. One such was Swami Vivekananda whose devotion to his spiritual master, Sri Ramakrishna, made him endure the ultimate rigours of earthly existence to help humanity on to a higher order of spiritual civilisation, a destiny that yet awaits fulfilment as impregnated future gets ready to give birth to the germinating seeds of spirituality from her womb of infinite possibilities.
