A DAUGHTER SEPARATED FROM HER FATHER BEFORE THE DEWY EVE HAD SET IN

A DAUGHTER SEPARATED FROM HER FATHER BEFORE THE DEWY EVE HAD SET IN

She was a such a bright girl and would have risen to make her country proud, that is, of course, if she stayed on in India for good. Alas, she did not migrate to the West but to the far-off vast unknown whence there is no return to this terrestrial plane in the same garb. Perhaps, she has not yet reincarnated but is abiding by time in the interim spheres where the fruits of her past karma are being worked out in terms of dispensation of refined bliss in the higher spheres which is her legitimate due. But she will in all probability be born again to this earthly plane to finish off her unfinished karma and, so, be free forever, never to return again. The void that she has left in her parents' hearts and in that loving soul of her bereft father can never be filled by any other earthly solace. That void keeps the flame of remembrance alive in tearful terms, the 'sweetest songs' having been now 'those that tell .. of saddest thought.' Sanghita was blessed to have had such a loving father in Bhaskar, and Bhaskar, too, was privileged to have had Sanghita as daughter dear. That the twain had to be torn apart follows the natural law of earthly separation, albeit, here, in the reverse order of things and at an hour too early, before the violets had blossomed and the dewy eve had set in. God bless you, Sanghita, and may you fulfil wherever you are !
