VIVEKANANDA THE WAY OUT ... 1

Vivekananda the only way out for our nation caught in cross-cultural conflict that so threatens its integration and feeds the fissiparous forces. But he must be preached with force and fire, with energy and zeal, without softening his message and sacrificing his explicit ideals at the altar of money and organisational interest, and without pandering to the vanities of the rich and the powerful. 

Character-building is the key and not fund-raising to transform the original mission of man-making to the altered agenda of architectural embellishment of a movement rapidly going wrong. Sri Ramakrishna's message, 'Money is clay, clay money,' (টাকা মাটি, মাটি টাকা') must never, under no circumstance be forgotten, neither the grand ideal of abstinence from the copper coin deriving from it ever forsaken. Swamiji had forewarned his followers that monastic orders come to grief the day they start hanging on to the sleeves of the rich. And so must Vivekananda's followers heed this warning and stay clear of monetary corruptions that ever seek to sneak into organisation in the guise of project necessity. Beware! 🕉
