POLITICS AND ETHICS
POLITICS AND ETHICS
Politics has no ethics. In politics the end justifies the means. The ideal may be laudable but as it is a grounded ideal cast in clay, the means to sculpt the form is chosen from the earth available careless of ethical considerations. Expediency is the name of the game. Lies are resorted to to achieve the goal, force unto brutal execution to alter order and alliance however unholy, however contradisposed ideologically formed in one's bid to inch closer to power that is believed will transform things. This ultimate end pursued by any means at any rate, even in cases using Machiiavellian means, is justification enough for hard-core politicians playing this game of power. Such is the hard reality, unfortunate fact though it may be.
