How insensitive is the Government that instead of addressing the molestation and murder of Abhayā in a sympathetic way and doing the needful as befits a people's state, it has resorted to administrative high-handedness, curtailment of protest marches in 'sensitive' areas through imposition of relevant Sections of the Indian Penal Code, and restriction on free speech by police action!
