EPISTLES TO DISCIPLES: GIREESHAN PANDAN ... 1

EPISTLES TO DISCIPLES:

GIREESHAN PANDAN ... 1

LETTER 1:

Dear Gireeshan,                          13.10.2025

                                                            Kolkata

You have lived decades in delightful deliberation over Swamiji and have come to the conclusion that this world is of worth only in and through God-realisation. But you have still not met yourself in the Self that is the Atman. It will happen in the fullness of time. Right now preparations are being made, the wax being manufactured out of paraffin before the candle may be born into ignited Illumination. Keep the powder dry that it may catch the fire that will set ablaze the kulakundalini, careering it upward unto its divine destination in the sacral plexus of the brain and beyond where rests the Lord in His Impersonal Self atop the thousand petalled lotus of the sahasrār. The blossom is yours and the bloom shall be yours as well.

May Thakur-Ma-Swamiji bless you with illumination in this very life!

With blessings on you and yours,

Gurudev

LETTER 2:

Dear Gireeshan,                         28.10.2025

The times are ripe for the descent of the Divine. As devotees waiting eagerly for it for the past several decades ever since the early eighties of the last century when Thakur's promise of residing in subtle form in the devotees' hearts was nearing its terminus, it is binding on us to welcome the Lord with conditions propitious for his further fulfilment. And here we have a job to do.

Today is Sister Nivedita's birthday. Born Margaret Elizabeth Noble of Irish parents, if she could, under the spell of Swamiji's divine inspiration and supreme devotion to her Guru, lay down her life for the regeneration of the Hindus, why can't we? Isn't it a shame that we must even learn patriotism from this fiery woman and yet fail? Have we lost our manhood totally? We must ponder these issues and act. Upon our preparedness and action thereof depends our fate. Else, civilisational demise looms large which no amount of wishful thinking will be able to avert. The inviolable Law of Karma is ever resolving force, the Wheel of Virtue (Dharmachakra) rolling as per the momentum generated.

With thoughts such as these and the light of Thakur ahead acting as beacon,

In hope and expectancy and with benediction ever flowing,

Gurudev

LETTER 3:

Dear Gireeshan,                          28.10.2025

We need to build up a movement and that requires conjoined work. Herein the Sangha (organisation) plays a pivotal role to build which we need committed individuals of character. That brings us to building our spiritual lives so that we may effectively combine for the common weal. To that end I am making my preceptor's efforts. It is for my pupils to respond adequately so that our efforts see fruition in awakening the common consciousness of the Hindus. The mission to distribute 100,000 copies of Swamiji's works in its perhaps slimmest and most economical edition is a most ambitious project and may be stillborn owing to financial and logistic constraints but is indicative of the aspiration to do something worthwhile for society that continues to grovel in the dark in the absence of spiritual light which Swamiji's works are so suffused with. Each of my inner circle of disciples, to which you belong, must pledge to fulfil Swamiji's aspirations for Bhāratvarsha at least. As Netaji said, "India saved will be the world saved."

Ruminate on these ideas of mine which are no more than faint reflections of Swamiji's, and act as your conscience dictates. But we must all unite towards a common end, that of saving the Sanātan Dharma and the Sanātanis from obliteration in their very homeland.

With blessings and good wishes and pinning abundance of hope in you,

Gurudev
