WHAT WE NEED TO DO ... 1

WHAT WE NEED TO DO ... 1

Our Sanatan Dharma is universal and we have to be universal too. No petty dogmatism, no narrow ritualism must hold us, neither must we be in the grip of pseudo-liberalism that makes us vulnerable to proselytising attacks of the Abrahamic religions. We must be erudite in our Shastras for which we need to learn Sanskrit. It will give us understanding and enlightenment and the tools to defend our culture and civilisation from both internal and external aggression. We must also make a comparative study of the world's most influential religions and political ideologies to identify where the dangers to our Sanatan civilisation lie, and act accordingly in defence of the Dharma. Bankimchandra, Vivekananda, Aurobindo, Sita Ram Goel and Ram Swarup's works we must read carefully along with our scriptures for us to get a holistic vision of our civilisational imperatives.
