Sugata Bose @YouTube [@IdeasHaveConsequences] : Nonetheless, Western imperialism is bad. It is brutal and is going scotfree despite killing millions of innocents. Islam must be countered but not by shielding Western geopolitical evil nor must Islam be excused or apologised for on account of historical Western colonialism. Further, attacking Islam to further Christian proselytism is equally deplorable and is a dead case at that. 🕉

Sugata Bose @Everybody has work, dear friend. Even I have. But where people wish to communicate, they do. Where they do not, they do not. Selective communication is what suits most. Self-interest rules relations. And, yet, the best relations are maintained by absence of the petty self in them.

Sugata Bose @Prasenjit K. Basu : Planning to buy it ('India Reborn'). I have your other great book, 'Asia Reborn'. How wonderful it would have been to have got both signed by you!

Sugata Bose @Julie Binder Maitra : Not just a priest of Mā Kāli. That is selling Sri Ramakrishna short. He was God Himself, PÅĢrnāvatār. Hope Mr. Frawley has communicated matters right to you.

Sugata Bose @Prasenjit K. Basu : Only such a mother could have given birth to such a son. My reverence goes out to her who has lived such a glorious life and has ignited another life so luminous that we through him cherish her earthly presence once, perennial to her son, though, despite her inevitably perishing form. Mā, pranām! 🕉

Sugata Bose @Ujjal Kumar Ghosh : Unlimited is your erudition. Grand. Keep it up and enhance your learning further for you to delight in and for us to profit by as you like lavish king dish out delicacies for us to savour. Knowledge is power and knowledge indeed can as yet save us from barbaric hands, provided we read the right texts.

Sugata Bose @Facebook friend : He is a gold box which needs delicate handling. Else, the box will break and spill the contents. His nerves are too soft and refined which is why he shies away from the world. This tough outer cover of his that you see conceals a flower-like soft personality in the dewy dawn of the awakening sun. He is recovering but is badly traumatised because of his punctiliousness and perhaps because of childhood and young adulthood trauma continuing into adult life. Life has been harsh for his soft self till he has hardened into the tough nut that he seems to be. But beneath is his fragile self that seeks only the dewy dawn and the crimson dusk. Such souls can die out of sheer neglect.

Sugata Bose @Kerala School Cricket : Why always say 'one of the finest left-handed batsmen ever'? You never call someone 'one of the finest right-handed batsmen ever'. Is it not so? Why not say that Graeme Pollock was one of the finest batsmen ever?

Sugata Bose @Rajendra Kundu : Better so that by following the non-violent principles of Jainisn, Islam should lose its violent identity, character, intent and practice. But it is a poor disciple and will fail to absorb its preceptor's pristine teachings and abide by the same. Hence, it is a wish borne by the winds of fancy to a point of no return.

Sugata Bose @Gireeshan Pandan : The final floral offering in memoriam? [Reference: Image of flowers offered by Gireeshan Pandan at my post on Islam, Christianity and Communism.]

Sugata Bose @Satyanand Bhattacharjee : Vidyasagar was not a Self-realised soul. Hence, his assertion is invalid. Mere scriptural erudition without spiritual realisation is inadequate in determining the veracity or otherwise of the highest truth.

Sugata Bose @Satyanand Bhattacharjee : Not many understand particle physics. Does that mean it has to be reduced to common misconception in determining its veracity?

Sugata Bose @Satyanand Bhattacharjee : For your kind information, Raja Rammohun Roy was not an unspiritual personality but a profoundly spiritual one. He was the founder of the Brahmo Samaj that was and is a spiritual sect of the Sanātan Dharma. Get your facts correct first. As for rationality, despite its aberrations in practice as necessarily a civil society for all its human imperfections does give rise to, the Sanātan Dharma in philosophical terms is the only one in the universe of world religions that is through and through rational, even more so than the so-called rational sciences like physics et al which build their edifice of propositions, postulates, inferences, theories and laws on the quicksand basis of the fundamental hypothesis that the sensory universe exists, when they are assuming the existence of the unproven senses in the first place. Not so the Vedānta which you keep citing Vidyasagar as having called it 'flawed philosophy' ('bhrānta darshan'). The Vedānta assumes nothing to begin with but by the process of negation (neti neti) finally arrives at the substratum of phenomena which for its lack of foundational basis beyond appearance, it dubs as cosmic manifestation or Māyā, something that does not exist essentially but appears to be so, a curious mixture of truth and untruth (satyam anityā mithuni krityā). Period. 🕉

Sugata Bose @Satyanand Bhattacharjee : Do blacksmiths understand quantum physics? Spirituality is transcendental knowledge, not accessible to surface rationality. Mere book-learning and fine intellectual cogitation is insufficient tool for perceiving the subtle truths of the Spirit. For it renunciation and absolute continence are necessary, a preponderance of 'sattva guna' which refines the nerves sufficiently to help align the organic system to the highest and the deepest truths of Reality. It is no child's play that mere intellectual erudition will gain access to its sanctum sanctorum.

Sugata Bose @Ayan Choudhury : P.C. (aunt) is C.P. (Communist Party) in lateral inversion in a plane mirror.

Sugata Bose @Nandini Chowdhury : What a lovely family!

Sugata Bose @Rohini Jalan : You are my veritable wealth, a soul suffused with spiritual force through all these years of trials and tribulations. Do not keep away from me like this. It is with great hopes that I built you, doubtlessly with your enormous active participation, to now see links loosen thus. I will not allow it to happen. If you will not keep in touch with me, I will, a solo traffic of love and light eternally guiding your steps even unto the highest end.

Sugata Bose @Nabanita C Ganguly : Indeed so but induced by indoctrination received from the holy texts of the said faith. A radical religion can but radicalise. From birth this radicalisation begins, only to gain momentum with advance in years and experience and knowledge of the scriptures, their mandates, absolute injunctions at the point of the Fire which keep the faithful perpetually in fear on one side and desirous of heavenly hoors on the other, the earthly warriors remaining in a frenzy of faith and fear and fantasy, viewing terrestrial existence as but a brief interlude before the gateway to pleasure in Paradise in maniacal measure opens up, leading the lewd to licentious living everafter, a perverse prize for a practised peculiar piety. No purity there nor here save the pursuit of pleasure which impels earthly killing of the kafir (infidel) and suffering martyrdom (shaheedhood) or emerging victorious killer (ghāzi). Fine faith this--- fanatical, fantastic, fuelling frenzy among its true adherents and fear among the non-believers which, should it induce eloquent opposition to Deen-e-Islam in any way, is to be deemed irrational and dubbed as Islamophobia. What more shall I say on this? Can write reams on its roguery but will rest my writing here, leaving you to read up more on this coarse, contentious issue in order to comprehend its carefully crafted conspiracy against the civilised world. 🕉

Sugata Bose @Khalid Umar : The more people read Islamic history and its current content, the more they read the core scriptural trinity of texts, the Qur'an, the Hadees and the Sirā, the faster will this ideology be combated effectively and its rites performed with due homage paid. Perversity and perversion have reached their limits unless the world for all its pseudoliberal weakness and hypocrisy, for all its geopolitical strategic interests allows this poison to persist in the heart of humanity, this virus multiplying in the bloodstream of hundreds of millions indoctrinated from birth by its toxic tenets to precipitate a worse downfall. It is high time that people raise their voices judiciously and effectively at that, for the forces arrayed against these resistance groups will be legion and deft maneuvering alone can get the desired results. The Qur'an, the Hadees and the SirÃĄ must be taught openly online, as it truly is, without harbouring malice towards any in any manner whatsoever. One gets carried away by one's personal position in this regard and spoils dissemination of message. An unalloyed averment of what the Islamic scriptural texts say must be stated for people's awareness whereupon they will judge for themselves the character of its content. Governments like that of the West and India must be pressurised thus through public awareness and consequent movement to stop their appeasement policy of a political doctrine that masquerades as peaceful religion. Fanaticism is intrinsic to Islam right from foundational principles and it is this that fuels hatred of the kafir, resulting in their 1400 year old horrible persecution. The gory saga just will not end so long as the theology is allowed to flourish and will do so only when it has seen its epitaph engraved. Meanwhile, Hindus, Sikhs, Buddhists, Christians, atheists, gay and women continue to suffer Jahannum on earth. 🕉

Sugata Bose @Sabari Raychaudhuri : Why should they? They are viewing it as Gustāk-e-Rasul.

Sugata Bose @Khalid Umar : A brilliant rejoinder to a critic of yours in an earlier post who you had assured of your forthcoming response.

Sugata Bose @Khalid Umar : Succinctly stated. Then what is the solution? How does one eliminate this proliferating virus? What is the vaccine that will do it? What is the inoculation against it? Must it be undone in much the same way as it had done its way through in early Arabia and then throughout its conquered domain which till date it continues to expand? Will democracies with all their delicacies of legislation and governance and that shameless electoral appeasement which it seems necessarily characterise them be able to adopt effective measures to eliminate this system from the heart of civilised humanity? Nazism and fascism had to be militarily dealt with. Communism had to be dealt with by the Cold War. How must Islam be met by civilised people bent upon bringing about their own doom? How can savagery be tackled with civility? How may two billion people breeding fastest among faiths be brought to a more humanistic way of living when from birth they are indoctrinated into this violent way of thinking reinforced daily multiple times through repetitive recitation? Christianity with all its medieval violence  was violently brought down by revolting Christians turned atheists and agnostics and Europe was ushered into the New Age. How do you reckon Islamic intolerance that is endemic in it be rendered toothless so long as Muslims themselves by the millions are not aided in their rejection of the Deen totally and openly, never to revert? Geopolitics is being played by the Western powers to their own doom. By propping up favoured regimes as in Qatar and Saudi Arabia and here near home in Pakistan and Bangladesh, will the West be able to save itself? Europe is on the verge of civil war and still plays the puerile and often perfidious political correctness game. India, Robert Spencer said, was the one hope in tackling this toxin, but continues to see Muslim population spiralling and Hindus dwindling in numbers. Mosques, madrassas and maulvis are multiplying here and providing ideological training ground for much of the world's terror. Dar-ul-Uloom Deoband is the ideological hub of Islam where many a mischievous one from Pakistan has received initial indoctrination and thereon proceeded with perfidy elsewhere in the West. You have rejected the word Islamic 'ideology' and I see your point, for Islam hardly has any ideology. No philosophy, no spirituality, nothing. But whatever it may be called, two billion Muslims must be extricated from this violent way of thinking by total abolition of it. How do democracies do it when the very freedoms they espouse and allow are being misutilised by Islam to further its cause? Is there a way out? Governments of the world in union fought against fascism and communism. Must they not fight against Islam as well? Why invent such euphemisms as Islamism, Radical Islam, Islamic Extremism etc. to further placate a perfidious polity hell-bent upon destroying civilisation?

Sugata Bose @Aumlan Guha : Want to hear a joke?

You have misspelt 'peace'. It ought to be 'piece', for the prize is coming to him for having vowed to make Bangladesh by annexation of the 'Seven Sisters' a single piece.

Sugata Bose @Tirthankar Bhattacharjee : But does not communism do the same thing---violence at source and violence throughout course? What about a communist's stand on this? Justifiable violence to render utopian equality by enforcing pseudoscientific philosophy on vast masses of gullible people along inhuman lines?

Sugata Bose @cnnnews18 : Islam, not Islamism. The latter is a needless euphemism that needs shunning now in these days of shining Islamic terrorism, the acts triggered perhaps by geopolitics to a certain extent but deriving sustenance in the core tenets of the Deen.

Sugata Bose @Sathi Das : Our history is Muslim for a millennium and more, managed by Marxists modern and misinterpreted by Machiavellis in a monstrous manner. May we muster muscle enough to meander past such mean machinations, such motivated misguidance! Āmeen!

Sugata Bose @Kapil Patil : Arey bhai, only laughing? Am I, your fabled Pindu, not trying hard less than enough?

Sugata Bose @Somnath Datta : Somnath, are you a descendant by any chance of Tulsi Maharaj? Please do not mind me confirming my hunch from an earlier conversation years ago that you are so.

Sugata Bose @Debaprasad Bhattacharya : These are peripheral issues. The problem is with ideology, the theological content of Islam which necessarily asserts itself in all its supremacist mode whenever occasion arises, that is when Muslims are in sizeable numbers.

Sugata Bose @Subhrajyoti Bhowmick : Read the posts above this one. Come to my profile page and see them all arrayed against arrant cowards masquerading as messiahs of mankind.

Sugata Bose @Subhrajyoti Bhowmick :  Read the posts above this one. Come to my profile page and see them all arrayed against arrant cowards masquerading as messiahs of mankind, Vedanta vanquished and vicious cult victorious owing to effeminate presentation of what ought to be patently potent in the delivery of daring souls. Alas! we as a community have been converted to what Swamiji out of disgust called 'a race of women' which is why effeminacy is afforded affection by us en masse despite Swamiji's warnings to do the contrary.

Sugata Bose @Subhabrata Mondal : Yes, very much so, which is why the Ramakrishna Mission opted out of Hinduism via court case. They called themselves a non-Hindu faith called Ramakrishnaism from where Thakur via the Supreme Court three member judicial bench pulled them back to the original fold which they had rejected in order to fight the perfidious leftist forces in West Bengal. So, we know it all. Now you know it as well. As regards my writing, I must express what I deem best for Hindu interest. If you deem it otherwise, you are welcome as well. I will not advise you to refrain from expressing yourself the way you feel best in sharp contrast to your attitude towards me in offering supercilious advice, doubtlessly prompted by my caustic comment. God bless you! 🕉
