Now offer this arghya at Swamiji's feet and seek forgiveness of him that you will never again indulge in such shallow irreverence. Also, you are a Basu. So, live upto the valorous tradition of the Vasus, Gangāputra et al, and manifest the manhood that characterised them, that manhood which they have bequeathed unto you in your genes, your sanskārs and in your bloodstream flowing like the Gangā from her mountain habitat unto the plains and the sea, fertilising life and making what we know as our sacred civilisation. 🕉

Sugata Bose @ঐশী রায় চৌধুরী : There is nothing called 'Islamist'. It is all Islam and Islamic. This word 'Islamism' and its derivative 'Islamist' are euphemisms used to avoid hurting the sensibilities and sensitivities of the bulk of the Muslims and attempting to sift the true practioners of Islam, the jihadis, from what Gad Saad calls the 'cafeteria Muslims' who are part observers of the Deen and part rejecters. Clever ploy this like many a western ploy is but in softening stand on Islam, it is proving counterproductive whose corrosive consequences are everyday in evidence across the western world, Bondi Beach in latest count among the 48,000 plus terror attacks since 9/11 in nearly 70 countries globally proving the point. Islam is a radical political ideology, by no means a religion which is but its facade, that aims at world domination. It is Arab imperialism of medieval times, now fast forwarded to modern times, and must be dealt with as such. When Churchill warned about Nazism, no one heeded him. The result was the Second Word War. If some such catastrophic consequence is to be averted, it is high time to call Islam by its name instead of ascribing Western names to an Arab ideology without seeking permission from Allah. 🕉

Swami Nirmalananda (Tulsi Maharaj) was the 17th which Belur Math does not include anymore in their published list but which very well featured in the early years of the Ramakrishna Movement when Thakur's direct disciples were alive. This continued till the early 1960s when a sudden change of stance took place and Swami Nirmalananda's photographs were removed from the books published by the Ramakrishna Mission. The photographs appended above are all from the said erstwhile publications of the Ramakrishna Mission. Take note of this this and get your propaganda act right.

Sugata Bose @Organiser Weekly : Mohan Bhagwatji is too mild, almost apologetic in the way he speaks, as if lacking in conviction or courage or both or opting to play the game safe and slow to achieve the goal in the long run, whichever it may be. But his delivery of speech is utterly lacking in manliness that is the essence of resistance, especially in these trenchant times when Bangladeshi Hindus are being brutally decimated. Bhagwatji should meditate on this and make necessary adjustments. His mildness is most uninspiring for the Hindus and inviting for the jihadi Muslims who interpret it to be his weakness and by extension the weakness of Hindus in general. 🕉

Sugata Bose @Organiser Weekly : Mohan Bhagwatji, by brushing history under the carpet and using this narrative of Muslims sharing the same national heritage as Hindus, you are proving to be puerile in your assertions. Pakistan, Bangladesh, Afghanistan, Kashmir et al all share the same subcontinental heritage but have rejected the Hindu component of it. That is the call of conversion, the demand of the Deen. Therefore, so long as the partitioned Indian Muslims are in the minority, they may be fed this narrative, but the day through demographic change they become the majority community in India and wrest political power, that very day they will impose Islamic culture which is Arab culture on the whole of India. 🕉

Sugata Bose @Mohammad Arafat Rafi : Individual Muslims are more often than not good on account of evolutionary principles and sociological development but the jihadi doctrine they believe in is toxic and terror-inducing which leads to terrorism. And jihad is mandatory in Islam. The history of Islam since its very inception has been extremely violent and the violence continues till date. You may argue that violence is rampant across the board in the world, war vitiating human life everywhere. But there is only one faith that scripturally and openly advocates its supremacist ideology thus and calls for its absolute dominance throughout the world, refusing to peacefully coexist with other faiths without converting them to its fold or persecuting them in so many ways once the Sharia has by fraud, force and feminine productive fertility been established, as Islam. It is this ideology that is at the root of all the trouble that the world calls terrorism and not the works of individuals inspired and impelled unto incendiary action by it. 🕉

This was due to a rapid fall in Hindu birthrate consequent on deportation of Hindu girls for enslavement in Arab markets, their capture, conversion and confinement in Muslim harems for procreation of Muslim children and the prevention of Hindu birth by the robbing of wombs, the capture and castration of Hindu adolescent lads and the killing of adult Hindu males besides massive conversion to Islam by force. So, to now convert the Iranian Muslims to Christianity is a second assault on them and a denial of their religious heritage which mustn't be. But fear of Islam, given its theological doctrine, violent history and general practice, is legitimate. Hence, not a phobia. Islamophobia was a term coined to silence criticism of Islam as the latter cannot stand up to the test of reason and will fall apart if mass rationalisation of its toxic tenets, at once scriptural and fundamental to it, is conducted.

Such an exclusive claim cannot be deemed peaceful in inspiration, content and intent as it encourages proselytism which is injurious to the converted and to the faiths from where recruits are sought. Divine democracy demands inclusive, all-embracing theological principles and not such hyperpersonalised piety centred on a single special son of God. Here Christianity has much to learn from the Sanātan Dharma with its divine democracy in the distribution of deities including the multiple manifestations of the Incarnations of God, the Avatārs. 🕉

Conversion to Islam and Christianity conducted over centuries has harmed the Hindus terribly and ought to stop. But will it? It is a culturally corrosive practice aimed at subversion of other faiths and their cultures and is patently supremacist in outlook. Both Christianity and Islam are no match for Hinduism in terms of philosophical profundity and ought to be ashamed of admitting PhD students to Montessori class. The Sāhibzadās of Guru Gobind Singhji refused conversion and embraced martyrdom, an epochal episode in our nation's history that highlights what Islam is all about, although it is cleverly presented as Aurangzeb's cruelty and not Islamic cruelty to the kāfir as such. 

Dr. Manmohan Singh, resolute, refined, soft-spoken and sincere, spotlessly pure politician with impeccable academic and diplomatic record behind him, did seminal service to the nation, and under the enlightened Prime Ministership of P.V. Narasimha Rao laid the foundation for the economic resurgence of India. His morality, ethical execution of high office all bear the stamp of Sikhism and it was but in the fullness of things and in the fitness of finality that he was providentially permitted to cast off his earthly apparel on the Veer Bal Diwas commemorating the martyrdom of Sāhibzādas Zorāwar Singhji and Fateh Singhji. 🕉
