WHITHER SINCERITY TO SOURCE?

WHITHER SINCERITY TO SOURCE?

Where is the Vivekananda preacher of power who can speak with a virile voice and not squeak apologetic words on behalf of the Dharma? Followers of Vivekananda, introspect. Greater manliness is expected of you, greater dynamism, and unashamed, unapologetic, forthright spelling out of truth. Swamiji must be ashamed of those of his followers who have turned into cowards, indifferent witnesses of atrocity on Hindus and pretentious harmonisers of a fractured humanity without bothering to address the key issues that cause such fracture. Being apolitical does not mean pandering to the corridors of power and appeasing elements that threaten the Hindu polity. Being apolitical means standing up for truth on behalf of dharma and against adharma with a bold and fearless stance, and without any intent of seeking or securing governmental patronage for welfare activity that compromises one's essential principles. If the people support you, you need not bother about governmental help that needs must cause such compromise. Else, it were better to shut shop and meditate to get divine power to deliver such welfare work. If the people leave you, where will you get help or strength to carry on with your work? So, it is time that Hindu interests are also catered to and not forsaken to pursue the wild geese of universal harmony with elements essentially antithetical to such peace and harmony. Pretentious piety we have had enough. Now let us see some sincere manliness in you.

HEED NOT THE HEARTLESS

HEED NOT THE HEARTLESS

Do not bother about what ill-disposed western media speak about the Hindus and their supposed intolerance. Disregard them and feel your inherent glory. Study Swami Vivekananda, Guru Arjan Devji, Guru Tegh Bahadurji, Guru Gobind Singhji, Samarth Ramdas, Chhatrapati Shivaji, Maharana Pratap Singh, Swami Dayananda Saraswati and countless other patriots and sages, and revere them for the sacrifices they have made to keep the flickering flame of our Sanatan civilisation alive through centuries of horrendous Arab-Islamic persecution and Euro-Christian colonisation.

Let the West say what it will. Let its stooges here in India sing in unison with them. Why bother? Go about glorifying the motherland, her Sanatan Dharma and culture, and help build a future for her more glorious than ever before.

'When the elephant enters the market, curs bark by the thousands, but the giant one heeds them not. So also do petty men revile the sage in the thoroughfare of life but the holy one is unaffected by such criticism.' (Kabirdas)

Bharatvarsha is the chosen land of God, the Punyabhumi (Holy Land). It has been the habitat of towering spiritual giants down the ages. Rejoice that you are all their descendants, the inheritors of their divine legacy, the sharers in their showered bliss. Reject western or indigenous media criticism. They have their political axes to grind. Cast off such deliberate denunciation and focus on building a strong Sanatan Bharatvarsha. 🕉

Sugata Bose @Satyanand Bhattacharjee : It will when the world will be a thinking one. In much the same way humanity had to wade through irrationality and superstition to universally accept science in its lowest technological denomination at least. It is strange to see that you are against the rise of the spiritual consciousness of the world which is what Hinduism is all about and so often quote Vidyasagar to denounce the Vedanta. One recalls Sri Ramakrishna that Vidysagar was unaware of his inner self where gold was hidden and was, thus, busy working so much in the outer world. Had he been aware of this inner treasure, his outer welfare work, noble though it was, would have reduced. Vidyasagar was a Sanskrit scholar no doubt but, being a spiritually unrealised soul, was in no position to deliver judgement on the veracity of the Vedanta. Sages like Swami Vivekananda, Sri Ramakrishna and Shankaracharya are authorities in this field and not the Pundit. There is a gulf of difference between the understanding of a realised soul and a mere scholar in so far as spiritual truths are concerned. Hence. Moreover, it is curious to find Hindus, especially braahmans, batting against Hinduism quite so often. Such self-betrayal obviously harms the Hindu cause and the sooner we secure solidarity within our ranks, the more secure will be our future. 🕉

Sugata Bose @Vidya K : Swamiji meant the same. In his judgement Vedanta or the Vedic Dharma was the more appropriate name for Hinduism, but elsewhere he has copiously referred to our Dharma as Hinduism and rarely as the Sanatan Dharma as is the wont these days, and rightly so. Swamiji disliked the Hindu propensity of securing petty 'word victory' and stressed on realising the essence of a statement made. His famous paper read out on 19 September, 1893 at the Chicago Parliament of Religions was titled 'Paper on Hinduism'. He had elsewhere said, "I am proud to be a Hindu." Swamiji most often used the terms 'Hindu' and 'Hinduism' and never called himself a 'Sanatani' as is the wont these days. So, these differences of terminology are of not much consequence so long as the meaning is clear. 🕉

Sugata Bose @Zsuzsi Puruczki : You are more of a Hindu than most Hindus are, especially those who are intent on harming the Hindu cause as it rises worldwide in a renascent mode. Your conviction has brought you across cultural and religious barriers to the Sanatan fold and your belonging there is thus built on the secure foundation of experience and understanding which none can take away. Those who are born within the braahman fold and choose to betray the Hindu cause, as is so often unfailingly evident, have scant understanding of spirituality, materially and sensually inclined as they are. You see, rationality has its intermediate pitfalls and they fall into these, the vanity of little learning predisposing them towards such a precipitation. 'Shraddhaa', an untranslatable Sanskrit word, roughly translatable as deepest reverence born out of deep yearning and aspiration for realisation of the highest spiritual truth, has gripped some of those who cross cultures to embrace Hinduism, whereas this very shradhaa has departed from the souls of those Hindus who in their delusion of secularism and humanism et al denounce Hinduism as so much regressive religious stuff. I welcome you wholeheartedly to the Hindu 🕉 fold and offer you my brotherly love and warmest greetings. Jai Ramakrishna!

Sugata Bose @Shyamacharan Pandey : True, deprivation from the side of the converted but corruption from the side of the proselytiser.

Sugata Bose @News Nation (YouTube) : Adam Seeker is brilliant, focussed and irrepressible.

Sugata Bose @Satyanand Bhattacharjee : Vidyasagar, noble and scholarly as he was, was not a Brahmajnani qualified to vouch the veracity of the Vedanta or otherwise. Simple as that. Read Ramakrishna-Vivekananda thoroughly to arrive at a better understanding. Without transcendental realisation no scholar can comprehend the profundity of the Vedanta. Simply impossible. Hence, it is puerile to posit such a proposition or to deem such a scholar as having had the capacity to understand the truth of the Atman which is beyond the domain of intellectual cogitation. Vidyasagar is venerable but not invulnerable in his supposedly puerile pronouncement to the effect to which you so eloquently testify.

Sugata Bose @John Embrey : Hindus must be aggressive in self-defence. Else, they will wiped out of existence in the future as they have been for the last 1300 years.

Sugata Bose @Suvasish Ganguly : That was an expected reply from you considering your past pronouncements in the comment section of my earlier posts, although, what the exact connotation of such a usage would be remains to be revealed.

Sugata Bose @Sumit Baran Basu : Thanks for your sincere appreciation, solidarity in stance and encouragement provided me to carry on with the task of raising our Hindu consciousness. My gratitude in especial to you for recognising the neutrality of my position which none else thus far has had the civility to do. I am rather forthright in my assertions and often impatient in my criticisms but am never partisan or politically motivated in my activism. My only goal is to raise human consciousness through my felicity with the keypad, feeble though it may be in terms of quickening the fire of a slumbering mass of people who would prefer to dive deeper into the icy chill of death in an avalanche rather than seek deliverance while hour there is yet at hand. Thank you once again. May Thakur-Ma-Swamiji preserve you and yours! 🕉

Sugata Bose @Suvasish Ganguly : Speaking sincerely is one and making quick money is another. Haven't you read, 'Note the Devil doth cite the scripture for his purpose?' Does it falsify scripture? It merely exposes intent perceivable by the discerning eye. Work for Bharatvarsha. Contribute your ploughshare of work to make her great. Mere sarcasm is sterile. What we need is fertile ideas, effective execution, sincerity of feeling for the motherland and her hoary heritage, and aspiration for her future glory. 🕉

Sugata Bose @YouTube : Dr. Ishtiaq Ahmed is an enlightened individual who speaks the straight truth in a civilised way.

Sugata Bose @Arghyaprana Mataji : And the seed of downfall for a civilisation on the verge of being wiped out in the immediate or the not so far off future. Herein lies perspective, context and the relativity of values applicable to microcosmic and macrocosmic situations. What is food for one is so often poison for another. Thus, democracy in deliberation, dialogue and discourse directs the national ship towards the desired destiny. The problem has ever been this tangling relation of the individual and the collective. The ideal in sublime spiritual terms is one and the practical in terms of mundane reality another, the duo much at mutual variance. The ascetic in his reclusive hermitage broods on transcendental reality in one way while the current of common life flows in grosser brutal terms in quite another manner. The balance between the ideal and the practical is ever to be sought and realised for maximum benefit to all and sundry, divorced from which fate deals a race or a nation the hard blow from which it scarce recovers and perishes more often than not, leaving not a trace behind but hieroglyphics that are difficult to decipher. 🕉

Sugata Bose @Debesh Choudhury : 'DAHEJ' and 'JEHAD' are laterally inverted words seen in a plane mirror.

Yes. Except for the letter J which is slightly asymmetrical. But you are innocent of the significance, the inner meaning of the post. Go and reset your inner mirror of reflection before posting such anomalous reaction to a writing.

Sugata Bose @Deep Mukherjee : I have not found anybody till date quite fathoming the import of what I write. And this is my submission in all humility and truthfulness. Hope none finds this offensive.

There are layers of meaning and significance in my words, nuances which pass common, even uncommon, comprehension, for reading these days has been reduced to cursory glancing, surface focussing of attention that can scarce read into the import of a post unless the post be a puerile one for everybody's easy understanding which in essence is such a pity.

These are days of demographic transition with its consequential decadence of culture in every aspect of civic life. We are a vanishing breed of writers in the public domain, an endangered species who are now marooned on an isolated island that is soon to be swallowed up by the tsunami of pervasive common culture without depth or breadth of vision. These are the dying embers of a rich aristocratic literary tradition in flames now from the ignition of coarser mental stuff. I speak not for myself as such but on behalf of all those seminal giants who have given us the best of thought in bygone millenia but whose fruits we failed to absorb and assimilate adequately so as to equip ourselves to avert the fate that now awaits us. But such are the cultural consequences of demographic transition for the worse which needs must be the case in this day and age of mass literacy and the proliferation of 'little learning'. Pardon me if I sound self-aggrandising, but if I do, then I will have proved my own poverty of culture which would be self-defeating and defeating of the cause I here represent. These are not individual matters but mass changes that are eroding erstwhile refinement of thinking and expression, understanding and appreciation.

May Mother bless all with wisdom, grace and the capacity for patient study of serious literature and reflection thereof! Then alone will culture take off on its upward swing. Right now, though, it is a precipitous course gravitating downwards till the asymptote sends culture coursing upwards. Population worldwide must diminish for it to eventually take place. Till then, till kingdom come!

Sugata Bose @Subhrajyoti Bhowmick : I personally am not much of a believer in rituals. I have no idea whether these rituals have any spiritual value beyond binding society through certain norms and practices. Someone better equipped with scriptural knowledge may answer your question to your satisfaction perhaps.

Sugata Bose @Subhrajyoti Bhowmick : No. Religions are diverse paths through greater or lesser error that ultimately lead to the Transcendental Truth which is the Absolute Reality.

Sugata Bose @Amara Iftikhar : Brave girl. Honest person, sincere to a fault in a country gone wrong since inception and going down each day along the rigidities of theological absurdity in a modern world that has embraced multiculturalism as its credo. Pakistan ought to review its theological stance, withdraw power from the clerics, democratise the political system, free the three organs of government from army control, educate the masses, free women from masculine stranglehold and improve relations with India. Overall, a modern approach must be adopted in order to save it from imminent disintegration. Corruption is eating into the vitals of this nation which needs immediate sanitisation. Islamic indoctrination to such an excessive degree even in the academic course is proving toxic for the nation. Separate the state from religion which seems impossible unless an overhauling of some basic features of the Constitution is done. But only such a radical change can firmly establish democracy and help empower the people for the future progress of Pakistan.

Sugata Bose @YouTube (Arvind Saharan) : Amara Iftikhar is a highly sensitive and compassionate soul living in a country totally antithetical to such values. Brave girl battling against seemingly insurmountable odds. My best wishes and moral support for her humanistic crusade against religious regression degenerated to the near-destruction of a nation.

Sugata Bose @Khalid Umar : Thought ghosts were spirits gone wrong but spirits nonetheless. Spirit has no mass and hence no weight. Hence, the weight gain cannot be attributed to direct addition from the ghost. The ghost then must be inducing a secondary effect on the body by increasing appetite which causes the weight gain in which case injection of ghost should be healthy prescription from the doctor (Zakir Naik) for anorexic patients tending to die and becoming ghosts owing to lack of nourishment. This medical man is a marvel of sorts, a mischievous missionary with malefic intent, eminently loved by the lunatics of the world and laughed at by the lords of ghosts. Sufficient unto the night is the ghost thereof!

Sugata Bose @Khalid Umar : Rishi Sunak is such a good person. His very face is expressive of his sincerity, of his simplicity, his humility and his flexible strength. He is a wonderful blend of modernity and tradition, of rootedness and progressive instincts, overall a fine spimen of our age-old Sanatan culture despite his birth and habitat in a country far removed from his ancestral one. Sunak's open averment of pride in his being a Hindu warms our hearts and is a great step ahead in the forging of harmonious relations between Britain and India as also furthering the cause of the spread of Sanatan culture across the world, for Britain is not an inconsiderable power even today and her Prime Minister no mean representative of the dominant western culture where Hinduism now is making its marked headway.

Sugata Bose @YouTube : Poor Maulana! Hopping and dancing and beating about the bush to defend the indefensible. A thinking brain engaged in the futile exercise of propping up a collapsing sandcastle.

Sugata Bose @Goutam Ghosh : Dwivedi, that's why. Once she is Chaturvedi, she'll trace her roots alright.

Sugata Bose @Shyamacharan Pandey : Not possible as it is a printed version. Moreover, Swamiji did move from Calcutta to Chicago as he had set out on his wanderjahre from his hometown. So, the post is alright after all. In many a writing we may come across such technical flaws, so to say, which we must overlook and take to the thematic intent. The spherical core matter more than the undulating crust.

Sugata Bose @Amarnath Ghosh : A moment of momentous significance for the modern world, a point of convergence of cultures, a historic meeting point of civilisations across clime and time, overall a point of fulfilment of the best elements of the past in the just-born present en route to the glorious future of humanity lying dormant in the pregnant womb of time.

Sugata Bose @YouTube [Amara Iftikhar] : You have a wonderful humanistic balance. Quite extraordinary in the circumstances that you are.

Sugata Bose @Arunangshu Mandal : You mean this time I.N.D.I.A. will be split into 13 parts?

Aha! That's what I meant with full stops intervening between the elemental letters of the word I.N.D.I.A. signifying the prospective segmentation of it in its original connotation which unhappily is the country.

Sugata Bose @Ramen Chatterjee : āĻ§āĻ°্āĻŽেāĻ° āĻ…āĻĒāĻŽাāĻ¨ āĻ¸āĻš্āĻ¯ āĻ•āĻ°ে, āĻļুāĻ§ু āĻ¤াāĻ‡ āĻ¨ā§Ÿ, āĻšিāĻ¨্āĻĻু āĻĒাāĻ°āĻ˛েāĻ‡ āĻ¨িāĻœেāĻ° āĻœাāĻ¤ āĻ“ āĻ§āĻ°্āĻŽāĻ•ে āĻ…āĻĒāĻŽাāĻ¨ āĻ•āĻ°ে | āĻ†āĻ° āĻāĻ‡ āĻĒ্āĻ°āĻŦāĻŖāĻ¤াāĻŸা āĻ‰āĻš্āĻšāĻŦāĻ°্āĻŖ āĻ‰āĻš্āĻšāĻļিāĻ•্āĻˇিāĻ¤ āĻŦাāĻ™াāĻ˛ী āĻšিāĻ¨্āĻĻুāĻ° āĻŽāĻ§্āĻ¯েāĻ‡ āĻ¸āĻŦāĻšেā§Ÿে āĻŦেāĻļী āĻĒāĻ°িāĻ˛āĻ•্āĻˇিāĻ¤ | āĻŦাāĻŽāĻĒāĻ¨্āĻĨা āĻ“ āĻŦাāĻŽাāĻšাāĻ°েāĻ° āĻŦিāĻ•ৃāĻ¤ি !

Sugata Bose @Shusobhan Charit : Pertinent question. I am ignorant about the genesis of this dietary divergence between the Bengalis and a large section of the Noth Indian Hindus. It is indeed baffling how co-religionists have widely differing diet with contrary claims of the same religion attempting to justify their respective dietary positions. Geography, history and local demographic composition have, I guess, to play a pivotal role in defining diet. But this is my uneducated surmise, not data-based investigative inference.

Sugata Bose @Geeta Sridhar : I am talking about the tears of Swami Abhedananda for Thakur's grace on him, that is, for his unbounded love for his disciple. But no tears were shed apparently, at least from the quotation, for the hundreds drowned. I am shedding tears for those other ones as well who being myself in other forms having drowned, I myself drowned in agony with them. 🕉

HINDU RENAISSANCE ... 2 [POST OF 2015 EDITED]

HINDU RENAISSANCE ... 2 [POST OF 2015 EDITED]

Hindus must cast aside the preeminence of caste identity and stand together as a cohesive unit if they are to survive as a race. These caste divisions have served their purpose, and often gloriously so, but have now outlived their utility. They are weakening the fabric of Hindu society and stand as a great bar to the attainment of social cohesion within the Hindu fold.

The lower castes have suffered great tyranny at the hands of upper caste Hindus and have often been so marginalised down the ages that they have fallen easy victim to Muslim and Christian proselytisation. These proselytising Semitic religions thrive on inducing members of other religions to join their ranks to advance their cause of world domination. Economic inducement, malicious propaganda and political enforcement by conquering races have all played their due role in wooing lower caste Hindus away from their fold into the rank and file of these Semitic religions. But the worst offenders have been the Hindus themselves. Instead of sympathising with the lower classes and lending them a helping hand to climb up the social ladder, the upper caste Hindus have historically only rained scorn, atrocity and alienation on them, even denying them basic living conditions to survive with any semblance of human dignity. Like animals these children of God have been treated down the ages and made to labour for their upper caste social masters till they have lost their very individuality. The consequence of this terrible neglect of the masses has been the weakening of the nation and it falling a victim eventually to the Mohammedan invasion in 712 CE and to European colonisation subsequently, a period of alien tyranny ending with that most vicious rule of the British lasting for the last 190 years of this dark phase of Hindu history.

But the Lord has been kind and once more we are free as a race and a nation, although we have received a truncated India by way of independence. Nonetheless, we now have the chance to rectify our past mistakes and start afresh to rebuild our Hindu civilisation.

The civilisation that began on the banks of the Sindhu, the Saraswati and the Ganga, had flourished for over four thousand years before its pulse weakened and it went into its shell to preserve its sanctity and character. The hindrances that came in the way of its free expression during the Muslim and the Euro-Christian periods are now no more and we stand as a sovereign nation with the opportunity and power at our disposal to shape our own destiny, that of fulfilling the evolution of our race in line with the master plan of our Vedic sages and seers. It is thus meet that we Hindus realise the significance of the moment and start the process of rebuilding our ancient civilisation which through foreign invasive thrusts has been much wounded and which may be restored to its pristine state only by the healing touch of mutual love and respect, service and care, renunciation and realisation. Following in the foot-steps of our Rishis and Avatars down the ages, we must again come up as the premier spiritual people of the world and shine on world civilisation as a beacon of light. To the ushering of such a day let us pledge ourselves and let us in accordance start pouring in our labour of love for our beloved motherland that she may occupy her due premier place in the comity of nations. Vande Mataram! 🕉

MESSAGES GALORE ... 50

MESSAGES GALORE ... 50

1. Hindu organisations are obligated to save Hindus from conversion. But a few prefer to remain indifferent to such a call of duty.

2. Dewy dawn welcomes you. Awake! Awake! The first beams are yet away. They are missing us as of now as we rotate to come across their streaming path. Then all will be light and all will be life as the early birds awake from their slumber.

3. Strengthen India by developing yourself and laying your talents at the service of the nation. đŸ•‰

4. Here I raise a wave. There you feel the ripple. We are connected by a common consciousness. Let us unitedly work out our destiny.

5. āĻ§āĻ°্āĻŽāĻĒ্āĻ°āĻ¤িāĻˇ্āĻ াāĻ¤া āĻ¯āĻĻি āĻŦ্āĻ°āĻš্āĻŽāĻšাāĻ°ী āĻ¨া āĻšā§Ÿে āĻŦ্āĻ¯āĻিāĻšাāĻ°ী āĻšā§Ÿ, āĻ¤াāĻ° āĻ§āĻ°্āĻŽāĻ“ āĻšāĻŦে āĻ¤āĻĨৈāĻŦāĻš |

6. Celebrate Chandrayan 3's lunar landing like a true patriot. Do not pinch while praising under the pretence of being one.

7. If this body goes, it will be grand. I will come back with a fresh one, ready to sacrifice myself yet again for resurrecting the glory of my motherland and serving her to surpass it by miles. Who cares if this body remains or goes? The work will go on of the rediscovery of our past glory, of preserving all that is good and great in our much-wounded civilisation and of building on such secure pristine foundations the future grand edifice of Bharatvarsha that is light and love and work in union in the mission of integrating all in the Divine within.

8. Do not be afraid of Hell. These are all clever ploys devised by religious leaders and clerics to keep community under control. Hell derives its existence from you. You create Hell in your superstitious fear of the unknown and you can destroy it as well through knowledge. Shed superstition. Shed fear. Be free.

9. Pilfer from the past and pass it off as original. With the advent of dawn, the game will be out.

10. Love your motherland. Do not find fault with every good thing happening in India in the name of being a progressive citizen. Ask yourself, "Am I? Or, am I merely putting up a pretence of it which everyone can see through and find me exposed?" Wholeheartedly support every achieving Indian, every achieving institution, every achieving endeavour that is helping build India's glorious present, her even more glorious future in the making. Vande Mataram! 🕉

11. Let us struggle hard to become the third largest economy in the world. Population control is necessary, though, to improve per capita GDP.

12. Be precise, concise, straight to the point. People lack patience. Say what you have to head on without beating about the bush.

13. Conciseness of expression comes from concentration of mind and organisation of thinking. Brevity is beautiful.

14. Hindu girls are targeted for marital conversion. Beware sisters! Marry within the Hindu fold. Do not let your dharma be ruined.

15. 'Hindu' mother, Muslim father--children Muslim;

'Hindu' father, Muslim mother--children Muslim;

Hindu mother, Christian father--children Christian;

Hindu father, Christian mother--children Christian.

This is the state. I speak from what I have witnessed personally in repeated instances without fail. After all all religions lead to God! What if Hindus diminish in numbers in their 'own' land? All religions lead to the same goal, don't they?

P.S. 'Hindu' means Hindu converted at the time of marriage. Hence, double loss to Hindu numbers.

19. Rameshbabu Praggnanandhaa has by his prajnaa (wisdom) in chess given us great joy (ananda). He is the world champion in waiting.

20. What about setting up another Ramakrishna Mission centre in the Kashmir valley itself and spreading more the message of peace and harmony there where it is needed most?

21. Conquer by love but exhibit power in self-defence. Patronising wickedness is sin.

23. The multifaceted genius, Vikram Sarabhai, guides us in our scientific, artistic and economic endeavours even today. Truly a nation-builder.

24. There is a large ignorance about Swamiji among the vast populace of Hindus. They only know his name and not his message.

25. It will be grand if the Ramakrishna Mission monks of erudition and oratory keep spreading the words of Swamiji everyday on YouTube. But they must have erudition, oratorical power and spirituality to impress upon the minds of the audience the volcanic words of the Swami that had once ignited India to freedom and set her on the royal road to recovery.

26. Be not self-betrayers, cowards who cower before the enemy's might and talk tall to hide cowardice. Be brave.

27. Can you defeat a toxic ideology that is eating into the vitals of our nation by playing the safe game of compromise and cowardice?

28. Conversion is spiritual corruption.

29. When death is certain, why not live for a grand ideal? And what better ideal can there be than living and dying for preservation of the Dharma? We shall with our labour of love, free of fear, build the edifice of a grand Hindu civilisation that is as yet in the womb of futurity. But it is approaching. Hearken to the call of the future. Those foot-falls can be heard indistinct but growing louder by the day as the future comes upon us unfailingly to fulfil the destiny of the Hindu race for which our Rishis have waited aeons. Behold the light! The Naad sounds deep and resonant, awakening the kundalini of this benighted but blessed race, for God in His infinite mercy has chosen this, the Hindus of Aryavarta, for the resurrection of the Dharma and the regeneration of sunken humanity. 🕉

30. Hinduism is the future religion of the thinking world. The subcontinent will be Hinduised in due course. Intellectual Europe and America will embrace Hinduism.

31. To me a devotee is one who is fearless in the defence of the Dharma. If not, I do not regard him as one.

32. I am proud to be a Hindu. 🕉 is the integrating symbol of godhead for all Hindus. We must unite under its banner.

33. Frightening people into submission? That is not quite the divine way.

34. I am ashamed of those Hindus who, donning the hat of secularism, humanism et al, bat against Hinduism. Hindus, unite!

35. India is predominantly populated by Hindus and it must remain so. Which is why it is so important to maintain our numbers.

36. Do we need irrational faith-based religions for vast masses of people who would rather submit to blind belief than think?

37. Hindus must study the works of Ram Swarup and Sita Ram Goel ('Voice of India' Publication) to understand the adversarial intent.

38. Cowardice is killing us. Swamiji hated cowardice. How can anybody professing to be a follower of the Swami be so cowardly?

39. Fear is the cause of evil. Fear not and fight evil wherever you meet it. Samesightedness is as yet far off. So, pretend not. 🕉

40. Kashmir's integration with the rest of India post abrogation of Art. 370 and 35A is of monumental significance. 🕉

41.We need Vedic schools and colleges everywhere for the propagation of Sanskrit study and the study of our scriptures. 🕉

42. We must love all Indians as our own so long as they do not engage in antinational activities. If they do so, we must resist them.

43. Let love be the watchword of all our vocabulary. May peace and wellbeing reign! End all war, and wickedness, its progenitor.

44. Religion when pursued individually is a force for good. The moment it becomes organised, it becomes a force for good and evil.

45. Let no inhibiting intermediary be between you and God. God is your very Self, the Atman.

46. India has a vast complexity of causes and consequences which must be taken care of as she progresses as a nation. No mean task.

47. Fooling the multitude through clever talk and amassing riches. If this is not fraudulence in spirituality, what is?

48. No scripture is holier than human being. If scripture is the word of God, human being is God Himself.

49. God is not a superstition. God is the innermost reality. He is not He but You.

50. We objectify goodness. So, we live in the estimation of others. If we dive within and once touch the Self, we shall blissfully remain self-contained.

51. A strong nationalistic, humanistic, scientific education ought to be imparted to our children cutting scross communities. Improve the physical, mental, moral, intellectual and spiritual diet of the nation, and see what a wonderful changes comes. India will as yet scale heights unprecedented in her history. That should be our aim, not petty personal ambition that ends in itself, but national well-being of a deeper import, a vaster significance. Vande Mataram! 🕉

52. Population policy is of prime importance now. Otherwise, all growth of GDP will be of no avail. Population will nullify progress.

53. Who is the future of India? You are the future of India. I am the future of India. We all are the future of India. Every moment every bit of effort to excel in any endeavour that we undertake creates the future of India.

54. Build yourself. Build the future of India.

55. They don't care who don't share. Sharing happens only on account of a common consciousness. Communication likewise is.

56. We must clean up our own house before we welcome guests in. A sense of 'sundaram' would serve us best.

57. To combat anti-Hindu forces Hindus must aver their Hindu identity with far greater force. Hypocrisy scarce serves the purpose.

58. India not only needs increased GDP but increased culture. TV shows each night, especially on a leading channel, betrays the cause.

59. Just a 100 regular readers of Swami Vivekananda's Complete Works can revolutionise society to a degree. Who would come forward?

60. Symmetry is beauty.

61. If a 'religion' is so peaceful, why is its history so full of war? Why did it spread by force of arms? Why does it proselytise?

62. Apostasy is on the rise in Islam. Millions are leaving the Deen. The ex-Muslim movement is growing stronger by the day.

63. Hindus need to study the four yogas of Swami Vivekananda to arrive at a comprehensive understanding of the Dharma.

64. Man submits to fear, not God. Truly, though, Man is the father of God.

65. No exclusive cult with intentions of political domination can be a force for good or peace.

66. Proselytise or progress?

67. 'DAHEJ' and 'JEHAD' are laterally inverted words seen in a plane mirror.

68. No God created Me. I create God and the universe each moment. And when I withdraw, God and the universe dissolve in Me.

69. O faithful followers, how long will you enslave your fellow beings to your faith by instilling fear in them? The nation needs scientific progress, not regressive fear-inducing faith. Educate yourselves, especially your women folk, and spare the children indoctrination from birth. Learn critical thinking. Challenge your texts on the basis of reason and accept only those doctrines, if any, which are rational and conducive to democracy, freedom and human welfare. Reject the rest which are regressive. This is the path to progress. This is the way to national reconstruction. Awake from your slumber and face fact straight in the face. Dawn it is now. May a new dawn in national consciousness animate all citizens! May light and love spread with the diffusion of daylight!

70. 400,000 declared apostates in Pakistan. How many times more undeclared ones! Blasphemy law can scarce hold the apostasy avalanche.

71. The sword of steel spread the faith. Now the rapier of reason is erasing it.

72. The wicked rule because the good are cowards and do not dare resist evil. Such cowardice is weakness and the handmaid of evil.

73. Apostasy avalanche in Pakistan. Internet exposing evil and saving humanity from religious regression.

74. Partition has destroyed Pakistan. Jinnah's dream has turned dreadful for the 'holy land' tottering as it is on the brink of ruin.

75. Come out of your microgroove and expand your horizons. Reality is vaster than your religious conception deems. đŸ•‰

76. What is the future of India? Your honest opinion please.

77. Ought electoral politics in a secular democracy to be strictly divorced from religion and fought on secular issues only?

78. The world needs to listen to Sri Ramakrishna's harmonic message if peace and amity are to hold us all together.

79. Read Ramakrishna-Vivekananda if you wish to be the conduits of peace and harmony all around.

80. The way forward is scientific education. But the nation's spiritual traditions must be preserved as well. Swamiji's works must reach the masses.

81. If liberals were truly liberal and not covertly serving illiberal causes, there would be no reactionary response to them.

82. The VIVEKANANDA ACADEMY started by us some time back is beginning to thrive now as a handful of its members have begun serious study of THE COMPLETE WORKS OF SWAMI VIVEKANANDA.

83. Spread love, not hate. Love integrates, hate divides. National integration may only be built on the basis of love.

84. Build the future of India by teaching children critical thinking and to accept truths only on the basis of evidence.

85. All intermediaries are bars and ways to the Divine, each link that holds, leading the way to the next till in light and love, truth and existence, in absolute abstraction of the essence all links dissolve, all fetters fall that have fooled thus far the finite man, now standing resplendent in the dignity of the Self. Things phenomenal are but playhouses where the infant soul sports and matures before wandering off into the vast terrain beyond. From the limited to the unlimited, from the finite to the free, from ignorance unto light is the progression of the soul.

86. Indoctrination from infancy can seriously impair the rational faculties and foster fanaticism. Parents, do not brainwash children.

90. Pakistanis under Blasphemy Law are in a state of fear. Any moment the guillotine can descend on any. How will Pakistan progress?

A LIFE OF EPIC PROPORTIONS ... 1 [EDITED]

A LIFE OF EPIC PROPORTIONS ... 1 [EDITED]

It may be my misconception born out of inconsistent study but I feel that Gandhiji was never as much respected by all, admired, adored and even loved as Netaji was right from the late 1930s. Gandhi so often thrust himself and his ideas and ideals upon the people of India, but Netaji, never. Never once did he appear to be dictatorial in his approach, even when he was the Prime Minister of the Provisional Government of Free India and the Supreme Commander of the Indian National Army. Even earlier as two-time President of the Indian National Congress in 1938 and 1939, despite severe and perfidious opposition to his plans and programmes by Gandhiji and his supporters within the Congress and their dastardly act of betrayal at Tripuri, did Bose once stray from his sense of personal and national honour to bring self before the country. He sacrificed his political career within the Congress to uphold the interests of the nation to the utmost just as he as a youth had sacrificed his prospective bright career as an ICS officer. Sacrifice was in his blood and the highest sacrifice of career, comfort and council did he do for the motherland. In return he won the hearts of his people, not by subtle application of force or induction or the sleight of sacrifice and gimmick, but by his leading a life utterly dedicated to the well-being of his people and his professing a patriotism that included all and excluded none, that opposed compromise with injustice and iniquity, that envisioned a future for India free of colonised slave mentality and banked on a pragmatic utilisation of every available opportunity in the national and international scenario 'to shake off the sterile curse' of colonial servitude. This single-minded pursuit of real patriotism as opposed to the platitudes and perfidies of the Mahatma and his mean brigade, practised to perfection on the emerging leonine leader in Bose, made him the undisputed heart-throb of the masses, the leader who could be relied upon to deal the enemy the death-blow instead of patching up a perfidious peace treaty with it, especially one as vengeful and vicious as imperial Britain. The people of India may not have understood the subtleties of the advanced policies of national reconstruction chalked up by their Subhas Babu but they were perceptive enough to understand that here was one who would never let them down in a behind-the-scene deal with the Empire that had bled them and their forefathers to death by the tens of millions. As such they gave their hearts to him who stood purely for them like none other before or after, other than the glorious predecessors of this patriot perennial in the early armed revolutionaries. And thus did Subhas Chandra Bose transform himself into yet another 'condensed India', as Swami Vivekananda before him, and emerge the leader of lustrous attributes in Netaji.

IN REPLY TO TAMOGHNA DAS SHARMA'S QUESTION POSED YEARS AGO TO WHICH I THEN FAILED TO RESPOND

IN REPLY TO TAMOGHNA DAS SHARMA'S QUESTION POSED YEARS AGO TO WHICH I THEN FAILED TO RESPOND, THE QUESTION RUNNING THUS: "A very pertinent question...Netaji was one of the finest mind readers, had immense foresight followed by determination and love for motherland. Hence, it is assumed that he understood the THE THEN geo political scenario very well and thought of taking the help of Hitler & Co. What is even more important is that he succeeded in convincing a dictator of the stature of Hitler....I would like your help from here onwards since I had been involved in several debates with friends/colleagues and what people ask is that If Hiroshima/Nagasaki had not happened and Netaji succeeded in freeing India from the clutches of the British, would Japan/Germany agree or it would lead to a separate dimension ? Would like your valuable comments.

MY RESPONSE:

If the Axis Powers had won the World War, the world scenario would have changed altogether, but surely India would have retained her newly acquired freedom in the altered world order. Germany and Japan were no more dastardly in their designs than the Anglo-Americans were or have since been. The victory of the Axis powers, improbable as it was, would have been possible only at the cost of a terrible weakening of their power, leaving them in no position to control resurrected India, the very reason why the British were forced to leave the shores of India even after their victory in the war. Japan was better off than Germany in 1944 but would have to contend against the Allies in a titanic struggle for victory which would have completely pulverised her if even she could see her way to a win in the war. Hence, it would have been impractical on her part to have forced herself on India after driving the British off. India was already awake to the call of freedom and with Netaji back and at the helm of affairs, it would have been a mighty nationalist force that the Nippon Army would have had to contend with. The 2.5 million British Indian soldiers shifting loyalty in such an eventuality to Netaji would have formed a formidable force for resistance and Japan would have to settle for a friendly alliance with freed India rather than force her into slavish submission as she did to China earlier on in a totally different scenario. These were complex calculations that Netaji had to make, which he did make over decades of rumination on the emerging world order, and, hence, one may repose faith in the rightfulness of his decisions that governed the fate of future India. However, an Axis victory was never in sight once Soviet Russia had been invaded, Pearl Harbour bombed and America drawn into the war. And, yet, Netaji went for an Axis alliance once Russia refused him cooperation to that effect. This is because Netaji, a keen student of history and international relations, was able to see through the emerging world situation and came to the conclusion that the war would so weaken the world powers that either way it would precipitate the right conditions for an Indian independence. Jai Hind!

MY MOTHERLAND

MY MOTHERLAND

There is an intrinsic strength in India which is what holds it as a continuing civilisation since ages despite the ravages of time and repeated invasions threatening to alter the very fabric of its culture. It is the spiritual current of the sages that perhaps holds the web of national life. The powerful thought waves of countless sages through millenia permeating the mind of the masses have lent a solidarity to the civilisation which invasive alien ideologies have failed to overcome. They have in effect been largely absorbed into the flowing Sanatan culture and evolved to become more humane and less antithetical to what is truly and traditionally Indian.

The great national evolution has been going on for ages, the pulse of our national life being in ferrying souls across the turbid waters of binding karma to the other shore of eternal freedom.

Through over two thousand three hundred years of invasions and attacks by foreign forces, often barbarian hordes, and one thousand three hundred years of partial and complete conquest by Asiatic desert tribes and Euro-colonial forces, India, tormented and tortured, plundered and plagued, coerced and converted, culture desecrated, men in tens of millions killed, women enslaved, molested, sold in Arab markets, and finally the holy motherland dismembered in three, has stood up to the challenges thrown at her and survived as a much wounded but still thriving spiritual civilisation.

A galaxy of greats has illuminated this Ayodhya of ours with the Deepavali of their inner effulgence and guided hundred of millions of our ancestors through the dark night of occupation and conquest till now we stand on the edge of an arrival awaited by our seers for millenia, a free nation forging ahead in shaping our eternal destiny, that of creating conditions for that great transit from material bondage to spiritual freedom. We are building our nation for the fulfilment of that great purpose, the liberation of the human soul. India, hoary India, spiritual India, eternal India is the home of souls world-weary and yearning to anchor in primeval moorings, the secure foundation of the Soul, the Atman, the Brahman where all freedom is.

But a cursory view of history is easy where much that is constraining, tortuous, tormenting, clashing, conflicting, the tyrannical tide of events are bypassed by a few scratches of the pen, but which in real terms is full of gory episodes stretching over protracted periods of time when survival of a civilisation becomes doubtful. Words can scarce express the survival ordeals of a conquered race and its recovery through so many centuries of gradual rise amidst terrible persecution and attempted obliteration of its civilisation. The savaging of our Sanatan civilisation is still going on even as we lend our arms to turning the wheels of dharma along the destined direction. We are rising as a nation but amidst confusing conditions where the remnants of alien civilisations, never wholly absorbed but ever tending to rupture the fabric of our ancient heritage, are attempting their unfinished agenda of the subversion of our civilisation and the imposition of a toxic alien civilisation that can never be our own. For it is intolerant, exclusive, theologically and philosophically superficial, puerile and pernicious, which goes against the grain of our Sanatan civilisation.

The nation yet lives, and it is a marvel that it does. Perhaps, it is its inherent spiritual culture, its rootedness in the Vedanta, its wonderfully accessible freedom of the Ishta (Chosen Deity), its continuous energisation by the lifeblood of its never-ending stream of sages, its millenia-old spiritual civilisation prior to its earliest suffered invasions which had already laid down deep civilisational foundations impossible of destruction, the omnipotent thought-current of its sages, its largeness of geography and difficulty of access to its sprawling territorial segments, its racial sturdiness that has always held this earthly life as trifle compared to the spiritual life for the preservation of which it is ever ready to sacrifice all, even life itself, all these and many more intangibles, perhaps, have preserved this race where any other civilisation suffering such horrors of death and desecration would have capitulated and lost its identity for good. History testifies to such episodes galore where civilisations have been destroyed and obliterated for good, but not ours which has manfully withstood all such ordeals and survived.

IN PROTEST AGAINST FACEBOOK FOR THEIR SUSPICION OF ME IMPERSONATING SOMEONE ELSE AND FAKING MY IDENTITY, WHICH IS A LIE, A PREPOSTEROUS CHARGE LEVELLED AGAINST ME CONSEQUENT UPON SOME MISCHIEF-MAKERS SUPPOSEDLY REPORTING ME THUS FOR THEIR OWN REASONS

This is my authentic page. I have not impersonated anyone. Then why does Facebook periodically send these verification orders casting such aspersions on me and threatening to block my page within 15 days in case I do not comply? This is demeaning, outrageous and insulting. If they do such a thing, I will know for sure that it is useless posting anything on Facebook where such damaging charges on my integrity and character may with impunity be made. Countless times have I declared that I do not belong to Netaji's family. It is declared on my profile details unambiguously. Yet, these aspersions. I hereby lodge my protest to the authorities who manage Facebook and request them not to harass me thus in future. If they do continue to harass me though, I will have no recourse left to me than to quit Facebook. Thanks for the support of my followers on Facebook. Do pull in your might now and support me in this protest.

SELF-REFLECTION ... 2

SELF-REFLECTION ... 2

Human beings are hardly human. They are like predators hunting down prey. Thus, from home to the world war reigns. It is a perpetual world war. Whither peace? Even apostles of non-violence are so violent in the pursuit of their creed. Mother Teresa used to say, "Peace begins at home." Let us have some peace at home. Family members are not meat for consumption. They are your loved ones. Do not attempt to snuff life out of them before their due natural hour. Let them live. You also live. Love if you can but do not hate. This toxin runs deep today in society and shows up as rulers and commanders with criminal propensities. Give up toxic literature that teaches hate. Give up toxic thoughts about others, especially your family members. There is the seed of violence, and men and women are both culpable to the offence, even if in varying degrees. Be human. Be kind. Be compassionate. That is the best religiosity, the best ethical attitude, the best way of collective living. Give peace a chance, at home, at your workplace and in society at large. 🕉

SELF-REFLECTION ... 1

SELF-REFLECTION ... 1

I feel so tired at times, weary of life, utterly jaded, worn out, dejected, insulted, slighted and let down. Then inspiration comes yet again, filling me with fresh vigour to battle on in this Kurukshetra of life where dharma must eventually triumph. But the slights and the insults, this rubbing of rough souls, this clash of personalities with all their pettiness, all this leaves me sore before the new rays of dewy dawn freshens me with life and vigour once more. The glorious Ganga flows, the ancient hills beckon with their mute murmur, the southern breeze blows with its fair fragrance, its invigorating touch, and I awake to yet another leaflet of the book of my life, a pilgrim since primeval times traversing the forest tracks till modernity opens up new vistas across the shifting, expanding horizons of life. The path has been long, uncharted tracks yet await me as I, a solitary soul, trudge on carrying the ancient lantern of the sages guiding my path through the myriad mazes of Maya. Will I reach the goal? Will Mother take me in through the deep dark night to the sunlit summit of sublimity? Mother knows best. I can only submit, no more. May Mother's will be done! 🕉

THE DIVINE DILEMMA

THE DIVINE DILEMMA

Greed on one side, moralising on the other. This won't work. The youth need renunciates to show the way. But who will? Monks and religious leaders pander to the vanities of the rich and the power of the politicians, all the while justifying such action in the name of welfare work. Capitalism in all its naked viciousness has entered monasteries and universities, and the leftist reaction in like terms is coming. What is lacking on both fronts is character which is the bedrock of civilisation and all upward movement. Materialism has enveloped the land as a dark mushroom cloud and when it showers, acid rain poisons the fair fruition of the soil.

A toxic soil can only breed toxic vegetation. And so it is with the soil that is leftist India, producing generations of revolting youth (pun intended) and creating a curious medley of progressive and degenerate ideas which are ruining more minds than they are building. Here spiritual India must come to the rescue. But, can it, when monks and monasteries themselves are falling victim to the third vice, greed, and its cousin, exploitation of labour? Ponder and alter stance. Then set yourself to work, the work of spreading the word, the word of Vivekananda who was Comdensed India. Vivekananda was character personified and the propagation of his life and message will lend character to faltering Bengal, to failing India.

GANDHIJI, FATHER OF THE NATION?

GANDHIJI, FATHER OF THE NATION?

Netaji called him so. Gandhiji was a son of the soil. This eithet conferred on him was with respect to the prevailing times when his figure loomed large over the political scenario that precipitated independence and brought into being the modern nation state of India. But as times have passed historical India in all her past glory has emerged from behind the cloud cover of her recent colonial past and set into shadow her current foisted identity of a newly built republic. Here India's eternal status has put things into perspective and cast aside all such epithets accorded to men of modern eminence as puerile propositions bearing no more meaning than what titular honours bear. Thus, Gandhiji has been reduced to his due status as a luminous soil of the soil whose life's labour was his offering to his mother, the motherland Bharatvarsha, and not the other way round as the mother being born out of the son which is blasphemous to even conceive of. Bharatvarsha has a hoary heritage, a pristine past and has borne worthy children through the millenia, children such as Buddha, Mahavira,  Rama, Krishna, Yajnavalkya, Shankaracharya, Ramanujacharya, Nanak, Meera, Chaitanya, Rammohun, Ramakrishna, Vivekananda, Guru Tegh Bahadur, Guru Gobind Singh, Shivaji, Manarana Peatap, Samarth Ramdas, Kabir, Dadu, Ashvagosha, Nagarjuna, Shilabhadra, Atisha, Panini, Patanjali, Veda Vyasa, Valmiki, Kalidasa, Janaka, Janaki, Ashtavakra, Gargi, Maitreyi, Kshana, Varahamihira, Aryabhatta, countless Rishis of yore, in short, uncountable seers, savants, sages and saints, Avataras and Vibhutis who have contributed their ploughshare of work, their labour of love to bring into being today's India in consequential terms. Thus, to eliminate all our forefathers and posit Gandhiji there as the sole father of the nation is to put the cart before the horse which can ill move the nation forward along its evolutionary path. History deems a re-reckoning, events need their proper placement, modern movements need to be put in perspective and our nation's modern heroes need to be accorded due recognition in historical terms and not as per effusive emotional hyper-approbation that tends to obliterate the seminal past of this glorious Bharatvarsha. 🕉

MESSAGES GALORE ... 49

MESSAGES GALORE ... 49

1. Wash everything except your brain. Keep your faculties alive and fight conversion.

2. Don't seek heaven. Don't fear hell. All archaic superstition. Reject. Study. Build your life. Be self-dependent.

3. Swamiji has given us a mantra which no one follows. He said, "Unite the forces of goodness." Swami preached strength and expected us to be strong in every sense.

4. Reject superstition. Be rational. Seek truth on the basis of evidence and not blind faith. This is the way to strength.

5. Use your brain and scrutinise religion. Let it stand the test of reason. In so far as it does, accept it. Where it fails, reject.

6. Islam was forced onto India through Arab conquest. Christianity was forced onto India through European conquest. Sufferer? Hindus.

7. Continuous brainwashing creates robots out of men to be manipulated at will and create chaos in civilised society. Ponder.

8. Stop cruelty to animals in the name of religious sacrifice. Give life a chance.

9. The resurrection of the Sanatan Dharma and the complete restoration of subcontinental Sanatan culture is the goal. đŸ•‰

10. Do not mortgage your brain to faith.

11. When in the land be of the land. Alien culture doth ill befit thee. Gayatri, Geeta, Ganga ought to suffice.

12. It takes a lifetime to overcome inbuilt superstition. Blessed are those who are free of such cramping beliefs, blessed indeed!

13. Submission has its limits. How much must women submit to men in the name of obedience to God when men may rule as they please?

14. Give up fear. You need fear no God, no fire to fear. Make paradise on earth by declaring your inherent freedom. Submit to none.

15. Stand on your own feet. Be independent. Fear none. Let courage be your guide through life. Be self-confident. You will triumph.

16. Why fear God when you are in essence God? Give up childish conceptions of a creator omnipotent God. Affirm your own divinity.

17. With deep distress I see helpless people suffer the tyranny of a created God of archaic attributes, of medieval tribal conception.

18. Honouring women holds the key to a rising civilisation.

19. Question religion. Seek evidence. Do not blindly believe. Test. Reason. Train your brain. Reject authority that dictates. Be free.

20. Release the stranglehold of religion and you will see civilisation rise in all its varied facets. Civilisation thrives in freedom.

21. Be not a slave to ambition. Work in freedom. Enjoy every bit of it. Be unattached.

22. If you are brainwashed from birth into believing in the doctrines of a religion, it becomes mighty difficult to rationalise and come out of it. But try and come out. Your reason will help you, your self-belief, so far stifled and crushed but never quite extinguished, will make you triumph. Stop believing blindly in God or any other divine or human agency and start believing in yourself. You will be at peace. Best wishes and all support in this difficult endeavour. You must win and you will.

23. Swamiji says that the Abrahamic scriptures are said to have been inspired but the Sanatan scriptures have been expired. Meditate on this essential difference. By this Swamiji means that the Abrahamic scriptures have an external source outside of the prophets whereas the Sanatan scriptures have as their source the very heart of man. A crucial fundamental difference with huge philosophical implications.

24. Halal and halala! Hai hai!

25. When you love God, you are loving yourself. All prayer, reflection, meditation, concentration are self-reflective.

26. Ignorance about the principles of the Sanatan Dharma is the primary cause of conversion of Hindus to Islam and Christianity.

27. Your karma judges you every moment. The Sanatan Dharma does not postpone it to the Last Day or the Day of Judgement. That is an Abrahamic concept which is philosophically untenable as per the Sanatan Dharma.

28. How can Sikhs convert to Islam ever after knowing what the Mughals did to their Gurus and their families?

29. Organised conversion of Hindus to Islam and Christianity is going on. Hindus must organise themselves to resist it. Moreover, Hindus must go missionary and propagate their Dharma far and wide while educating their children in its essence. We need activists, think-tanks and preachers of quality. Each Hindu must be a missionary on behalf of the Dharma. Reconversion of perverts from the Dharma must be widely organised. The Arya Samaj has been doing this since inception through their Shuddhi Movement. May more such reconversion channels open up!

30. Varanasi and Mathura must be recovered by the Hindus and purged of inimical influences. Ayodhya, Kashi and Mathura---these are our trinity of holiest places.

31. The uttam bhakt anticipates the Guru's needs.

32. It is the heart that feels that sees God, not the head that quotes scripture and moralises.

33. Holiness and unholiness are the moralising done by the unfeeling man. Love all such who have fallen.

34. Who am I? Who are you? Who are we all?

35. 'Greed' for God must not degenerate to hankering for heaven.

36. āĻļ্āĻ°āĻĻ্āĻ§াāĻŦিāĻšীāĻ¨ āĻ…āĻ§্āĻ¯ā§ŸāĻŖে āĻŦিāĻĻ্āĻ¯া āĻ¨ā§Ÿ, āĻ…āĻŦিāĻĻ্āĻ¯া āĻŦৃāĻĻ্āĻ§ি āĻšā§Ÿ |

38. Manhood, Swamiji said, was his last gospel. That manhood is most absent in some of his followers who are effeminacy personified.

39. "āĻŦাāĻ˛িāĻ¤ে āĻšিāĻ¨িāĻ¤ে āĻŽিāĻļে āĻ†āĻ›ে |" āĻ াāĻ•ুāĻ°েāĻ° āĻāĻ‡ āĻŦাāĻŖী āĻ—āĻীāĻ° āĻ¤াā§ŽāĻĒāĻ°্āĻ¯āĻĒূāĻ°্āĻŖ āĻ†āĻ§্āĻ¯াāĻ¤্āĻŽিāĻ•, āĻĻাāĻ°্āĻļāĻ¨িāĻ•, āĻāĻ¤িāĻšাāĻ¸িāĻ•, āĻ°াāĻœāĻ¨ৈāĻ¤িāĻ•, āĻ¸āĻŦ āĻĻিāĻ• āĻĻিā§ŸেāĻ‡ | āĻŦোāĻা āĻšাāĻ‡ |

40. I am a worshipper of God, His myriad images, multiple gods as representations of His multiple aspects. Any problem?

41. Bharatvarsha is my mother. I have no grandfather that way for my motherland is unborn, eternal and has no father.

42. Maharana Pratap Singh, Chhatrapati Shivaji and Guru Gobind Singhji are our heroes.

43. If a spiritual organisation becomes rich, it loses spiritual power. Spiritual decay then sets in causing its eventual demise.

44. "Arise! Awake! Approach the one who has at the Truth arrived. Seek his counsel. Then proceed along the path that is like the razor's edge and difficult to traverse." --Kathopanishad.

45. Is it good to support the rot in a spiritual organisation or is it better to resist the rot by refraining from doing so?

46. To stand on one's soul is spirituality.

47.

Thought, speech and action must match and in purity abound if one is to be deemed spiritual. But the preachers of spirituality in the mass market that they milk seldom fulfil the trinity of obligations. Caught on camera above was one that did.

48. Ragging has reduced education to rags.

49. Less word, more work.

50. If universities become the hub of decadent culture, what remains of civilisation?

51. University students, study Vivekananda and become luminous citizens of this great nation.

52. Spread Vivekananda. Do not run after money in the name of welfare work. See how our university students are turning into degenerate materialists tending to smoking and drinking on campus, and justifying such license as legitimate natural rights. Let the words of Swamiji spread like a forest conflagration consuming all material dross that afflicts left-leaning West Bengal today.

58. It is better to be reasonable and rational than fanatically religious.

59. Conversion is not only a cultic conquest but a cultural conquest as well with deep civilisational ill effects. Hence, deplorable.

60. Ragging is not innocent indulgence in pranks. It very often is tantamount to criminal offence.

61. āĻŽেāĻ§া āĻĨাāĻ•āĻ˛ে āĻ•ি āĻšāĻŦে? āĻœāĻĄ়āĻŦাāĻĻ, āĻোāĻ—āĻŦাāĻĻāĻ•ে āĻ†āĻļ্āĻ°ā§Ÿ āĻ•āĻ°ে āĻļ্āĻ°āĻĻ্āĻ§াāĻŦিāĻšীāĻ¨ āĻ¯ে āĻŽেāĻ§া, āĻ¤া āĻ…āĻ§াāĻ°্āĻŽিāĻ•, āĻ¨িāĻˇ্āĻ ুāĻ°, āĻ…āĻŽাāĻ¨āĻŦিāĻ• āĻ•āĻ°্āĻŽেāĻ° āĻœāĻ¨āĻ• |

64. Don't fear. There is no God waiting to cast you into the Fire. That goes against the very spirit of God who is all love.

65. Reject fear born out of brainwashed faith in damning scripture. Be spiritual. Be compassionate. Be free.

66. Man-made words masquerading as God-made ones. Falsity from first. A bit of reason would reveal the truth about it.

67. If rebirth is true, you will have to be reborn even if your book tells you otherwise. Truth is higher than what your book reveals.

68. How many decades more will fanatical faiths last?

69. Liberalism must not be built upon quicksand foundation. The brute must be faced square on and combated. Low preferential politics engaged in to bring about progressive changes will backfire in the long run as in Iran prior to and post the Iranian Islamic revolution.

70. āĻ¸্āĻŦাāĻŽীāĻœীāĻ° āĻ›āĻŦি āĻ›েāĻĄ়ে āĻ¸্āĻŦাāĻŽীāĻœীāĻ° āĻ˛েāĻ–া āĻĒāĻĄ়ুāĻ¨ |

72. Today I met a few young people at a family function. I was saddened by the utter lack of Vivekananda-awareness among them. 🕉

73. Nobody will go to hell. Reject such hellish ideas born of primitive ignorance.

74. The percentage of practising Muslims is far higher than that of practising Hindus. Herein lies a 'striking' difference.

75. Fear not. You are the imperishable Atman, the one permanence behind this ever-changing perishable universe, the sole constant behind all universal variables. Let fear fear you, let death die upon you. Move on resistless along your onward path. Who can stop your progression unto eventual fulfilment? 🕉

76. Don't believe in any scripture that damns you to burn in hell for so-called failure in faith. Be fearless. Be free. đŸ•‰

77. We need virile, bold expositors of Swamiji's message in like lightning terms, thunderous personalities cutting through the veils of Maya and lifting the audience to rarefied heights of soulful Self-awareness and sacrificial self-giving.

78. We need pure souls today who do not run after politicians in the name of being apolitical and money in the name of renunciation.

79. It is best to pride on one's own achievements and not bask in familial glory of a past great of divine descent.
