A SPRINGTIME OF IDEAS

1. Netaji is the least understood leader we have had, the most maligned and the worst betrayed of all by his very own. Shame on us!
2. Jnara amar lekha bhalobasen, tnader janai amar akhanda shraddhaa.
3. Thakur-Ma-Swamiji --- trimurti ek akhanda sattaa.
4. We must cultivate a deep reverence for all forms of knowledge, secular or sacred, for knowledge leads to liberation.
5. Life lived pure and simple avoids much of its misery otherwise inescapable. Cultivation of knowledge essential to happiness.
6. The saffron represents renunciation n the awakening of the sun of knowledge. Let us revere this golden ideal of our national life.
7. Balance of power between nations we well know. What we now need to know is ecological balance.
8. Gardening must be made compulsory in school curriculum to teach children how to look after the world adults have messed up.
9. Why must we precipitate a population crisis through our inaction? The alarming growth must be arrested.Else, catastrophe awaits us.
10. The cheerless mind can scarce achieve anything substantial in life. It is ever the cheerful mind that strikes the gold.
11. Leaders must be continent like Netaji was.Only then will they possess the power to do good,to guide the people n build the nation.
12. You drink your elixir of life well enough but oh, at what a cost to the millions you famish to death!
13. Wisdom and courage must go hand in hand. There can be no spirituality without either.
14. Talks there have been enough. Some action would be welcome now. Help the Ramakrishna Mission rebuild India.
15. There can be no faith in God if human gods suffer on earth from want and privation while the rich enjoy life at their expense.
16. Despite tall talks on morality and philosophy we are a barbarian kind if we allow human predators to prey on the masses.
17. What good is religion if it is hand-in-glove with the exploitative forces that keep the masses down?
18. The great gap in income between the rich and the poor is the clear proof of scientific exploitation of the poor by the rich.
19. India must militarise herself adequately for her effective defence. Else, disaster will strike her at every bend and turn.
20. Never shall we allow cessation of Kashmir from our nation. The narrative of Art 370 notwithstanding, Kashmir is integrally ours.
21. Our wills must unite, our resolves must be one, our ideal and end common. Then and then alone will we be a resurgent nation.
22. May our minds be free as the mountain ranges and not serpentine like the tortuous mountain lanes!
23. Had Swamiji not been born and given a virile direction to our nation, Bengal would have been a material mass of effeminacy.
24. Virility comes from observance of continence and meditating on the impermanence of life.
25. Hinduism was streamlined for ease of understanding by Swamiji in his books on the four yogas. Read these masterful works of the Swami.
26. Too many tears too often means too much selfishness. The strong never cry so easily. Restrain your senses.
27. The purer the soul, the less selfish he is, the more concentrated his effort and the more efficient his work.
