We, the disciples of Ramakrishna, must manifest character enough to set right the movement that has gone wrong of late. READ THE QUR'AN AND BE INFORMED
The Qur'an is out there for all Hindus to read and yet they prefer to live in ignorance while nursing such rosy ideas of interfaith harmony and such utterly false notions as 'as many faiths, so many paths' which despite their grand liberalism do not at all address ground realities and in consequence cast a hypnotism of hyper-trust which can only spell the doom on the trusting gullible fools. It is high time to read the Qur'an instead of indulging in idle conjectures.
This promise of Paradise as reward for martyrdom in war waged against the kafir is a most dangerous proposition. For when zeal and superstition join hands, they form an explosive mix, a detonating mixture causing havoc to civilisation. And history bears ample testimony to it. Civilisations have been rent apart, cultures wiped out, women en masse molested, to put it in allieterated milder terms, men murdered by the hundreds of millions, boys castrated and enslaved to bear watch over captive women cast in harems or sold in the slave markets of Arabia, entire nations converted and reduced to desert culture, places of worship desecrated and destroyed, libraries burnt and heritage obliterated---the list goes on endless. And all in the name of the promise of Paradise with its buxom damsels and blissful sensual life. The first vice, lust, and the third vice, greed, have had their field day and have thrust believers into the night of perpetual ignorance, the very ignorance which they in their vanity aim to remove perforce from the rest of enlightened humanity. What a shame!
