The desireless man's action is inaction while the desirous man's inaction is action. 

The former in detached dissociation witnesses work being performed by Prakriti (Nature) using the agencies of the mind and the body which he does not identify with. The latter in idle inaction of the body but with mind dwelling on sense pleasures and pains which are the fruits of action, participates in mental action.

Likewise, the desireless man's inaction is action while the desirous man's action is inaction. 

The former in total withdrawal from the world of the senses lives purely in Self-consciousness whose field vibration at a detached distance produces the work of superconsciousness in the subtlest mode of Māyā. Hence his inaction is action. The latter in performing work erroneously understands himself to its doer which he is not as all work is performed by Prakriti (Nature) by means of unnumbered combinations of its gunas (modes). Hence, the ignorant person's claim to ownership of the work is rejected which makes his action nothing but inaction.

Communist politics is highly destructive and inhumanly violent. The history of communism the world over bears testimony to it which is why the common people in communist countries overthrew the system in 1989-90. They had suffered it and would not bear it anymore. Let the youth of India not romanticise communism, being misled by professors and intellectuals of dubious nationalistic feeling. They should not be trapped by communist philosophical tall talk and utopian aspired goals. The method of communism is barbaric violence and the ideology toxic. The youth should be wary of this alien system brewed in Germany and England, and further honed in Russia, Turkey, France, Norway, Mexico and China. It has annihilated hundreds of millions of people across the world. Worst of all, communism has no solution to economic problems and everywhere attempts to force results through ideological imposition, secret police surveillance followed by arrest, torture and death, and it poisons the mind of man through its toxic, slanted class vision that turns man against brother man. The only good thing it does is to highlight the exploitative evil of capitalism but it can offer no viable humane alternative economic system that can successfully replace capitalism. So, I reiterate, O youth of India, stay away from this vicious political ideology called communism.

I hate being falsely associated by hundreds and hundreds of people of inaccurate understanding that I am a member of Netaji's extended family simply because I am the namesake of a certain member of the said family. My profile self-description clearly states that I am unrelated to Netaji. My cover picture and my profile picture both announce in luminous terms that I bear a distinctly different visage to the said gentleman who has himself never mistaken me to be him. And gramercy so! This constant false association, often accusation that I am impersonating him, is an insult to my person, my parents, my family and my entire lineage to as far back as I am privy to. I consider myself blessed to have been born of my parents and of none else, that my siblings are not of any other family but mine and I in no way give in to this slavish mentality that we as a race so often exhibit in hyper-adulation of a particular individual and his family to the extent that all others become inconsequential, a la non-person as if in communist parlance. This is dynastic mentality, the inertial carry-over of the feudalism of yore which we have left behind at least Constitutionally but sadly are victim to it in the social scene. If the forest brute persists in us despite city-civilisation adorning our lives in a pervasive way, it is small wonder that adoration of Netaji should linger on as infatuation for his future extended family members who are in no way exceptional as to deserve this sort of adulation or superlative treatment at the expense of others.

A host of my Facebook friends had initially mistaken me to be this other gentleman on account of this peculiar disposition that seems characteristic of our race which is manifest in our general slipshodness that results in our failure to successfully compete at the highest level of international sports as also to win Nobel Prizes on a regular basis.

A curious thing that happened once was that one of Sarat Bose's grandsons in trying to clear confusion about my identity in one of these online stumbler's minds eminently said that I did not belong to the Bose family to which I in derisive delight asked the offending gentleman if I in his opinion then belonged to the Ghosh family 😃. For it seems in these people's minds one cannot be a Sugata Bose unless one happens to be the one who was born of Sisir Bose and Krishna Bose. That much for the titular (surname) tolerance of the followers of Netaji in regard to all such 'dare you be a Bose' such as me and, to top it all, with our historian's name. But what to do? Providence has cast me in this life in a Bose family by birth and thence unwittingly prompted my parents to preserve my identity by giving me the name Sugata. Now, would you dare question Providence or be so uncouth as to do so my parents for lavishing their love on their progeny thus?

Yes, I know. I also know that politicians do what they do---and often protesters too lie in hunger strike by way of pursuit of perfidious political agenda---to suit their personal political interest. So I am not moved into tears beholding their juicy juice-handing show of surface sympathy. After all politicians are politicians born to rule like rogues at any cost and protesters are protesters often, not always, pretending patriotism but delivering deeper directives from Deep States abroad in alliance with antinational agents galore within. The history of India is replete with such instances and they have helped enslave us for a millennium and their day is not yet done it seems. 'Svachchha Bhārat Abhiyān' ought to clean up such viruses within and render the polity pure so that patriotism true may endure. This is national security at stake with repeated drives partially paralysing the State for months and failing to deliver the coup d'état. But such failed forces of the past must not be underestimated as permanently failing for their fangs are full of poison deep and each time they dig deep into the polity their released toxins enter deep into the bloodstream of the nation's youth and alter their understanding of the nation's interests and imperatives till the critical mass be reached when the State may be overthrown by insurrection within. 

Beware, my revolutionary friends, our nation is being subjected to destabilising forces by foreign powers who would not tolerate a tenth of such trouble were the scales to be reversed by us against them. But we are a civilised race, fair and square in every sense, who do not venture beyond our borders to create chaos in other men's lands. But we have a right to defend ours and a responsibility holy to do so. Hence, desist from antinational activities and help build our much molested motherland for a millennium so that she may reach her pristine civilisational heights and surpass them in a manner that today, perhaps, no myopic man may envisage but which Swamiji in his seer's vision had beheld clear and announced it to us, legatees of our nation's past and builders of her future.

Farewell, great one, to this highest stage of the beautiful game, for one can only hope against hope that you will return one more time at age 43 to light up our hearts!

Is Britain reaping the fruits of her own colonial karma? As Islamisation of Britain continues with full domestic leftist support, how long will Britain be able to hold her own against this rapid radical shift? Is it then Britain gone for good or is a reaction in the offing which could turn massively violent, rupturing British society and tearing peace apart?

Jihad is not just fundamental to the Taliban world view, it is fundamental to the Islamic world view as per the dictates of the Qur'an and the Sahih Hadees. Jihad is mandatory in Islam, that too of one's own volition with enthusiasm and participatory enterprise. Anyone who passively submits to being a jihadist is deemed a Munafiq or a hypocrite who in the eyes of Allah is the worst offender to be cast into Jahannum (Islamic Hell) where his flesh will fuel the infernal fire. Jihad is the core of Islam which, being the religiopolitical system that it is, mandates it to bring the infidel world to its fold or hold it in servitude as dhimmi (zimmi). There is nothing called radical Islam. Islam itself is wholesale a radical political system, a Deen whose determination is to dominate the world through forced conversion if need be, massacre in case of resistance and impose the Sharia by way of final earthly settlement of Allah's servants (bandā) and the kuffār (infidels).

The Constitution of India, though, puts restrictions on this right in order to maintain communal harmony which it deems is a necessity given the historical clashes that have been owing to apparently inflammatory literary expression as in the derogatory depiction of Mother Seeta in the pamphlet 'Sitaka Chhinālā' by Muslims and the subsequent publication of the 'Rangeela Rasool' book by way of response, both incidents inflaming inter-religious passions leading to violence and death.

Jihad is mandatory in Islam, that too of one's own volition with enthusiasm and participatory enterprise. Anyone who passively submits to being a jihadist is deemed a Munafiq or a hypocrite who in the eyes of Allah is the worst offender to be cast into Jahannum where his flesh will fuel the infernal fire. Jihad is the core of Islam which, being the religiopolitical system that it is, mandates it to bring the infidel world to its fold or hold it in servitude as dhimmi (zimmi). There is nothing called radical Islam. Islam itself is wholesale a radical political system, a Deen whose determination is to dominate the world through forced conversion if need be, massacre in case of resistance and impose the Sharia by way of final earthly settlement of Allah's servants (bandā) and the kuffār (infidels).

The ex-Muslim interviewee has made an error in calling ones's personal struggle to overcome internal weaknesses as the lesser jihad where it is just the opposite in Islamic theology. The internal struggle is the greater jihad and the warring jihad with arms against the external enemy is the lesser jihad as per scriptural definition. A point to be noted. But in real terms history testifies that it is the lesser jihad of warfare that is the greater jihad in terms of destructive potency. So, on that count the interviewee may have been confused.

Bikashranjan Bhattacharrya when quizzed by Mayukhranjan on Republic Bangla had said that his family had not out of fear of Muslims left East Pakistan for West Bengal but had voluntarily done so because they preferred to live in a secular country rather than in an Islamic one. There was no compulsion involved, no fear factor, that is, but a voluntary decision. Same way he said that he would consume pork publicly like he had done beef in protest against the Dadri lynching if there was any such incident that in a like manner involved Muslims against some Hindu who happened to have consumed pork and a Muslim mob lynched him. That such a thing has not happened clearly shows, Bikashranjan Bhattacharrya said, that Muslim society is more civilised than Hindu society.

A rather superficial gentleman after all, not worthy of being heard a second time over in any other interview.

The word 'Islamism' is s coinage of the West which can never bear giving offence to Islam and must use its creative genius to be disingenuous about it. Thus, they called the political aspect of Islam that is aimed at seizing power and imposing the Sharia on infidel lands (Dar al-Harb) Islamism. But in reality Islamism is a verbal ploy and nothing more. Likewise, there is nothing called Radical Islam or Political Islam (the latter the ascription of Dr. Bill Warner). Islam itself is a radical political ideology whose primary and principal aim is the domination of the world through the lesser jihad. And you are spot on when you brand communism, fascism and Islam (your word being Islamism) together in terms of their modus operandi. All three are through and through violent systems and are kith and kin barring the difference of their faith or faithlessness in God. But the rest of their philosophies are more or less identical in so far as their violent seizing of power and its violent maintenance are concerned.

It is Islam all the way. Muslim clerics (Maulvis) and scholars (Ālims) are all agreed upon this fact. Also, there is nothing called Radical Islam or Political Islam. These are epithets like Islamism to the same effect. Islam itself is fundamentally an expansionist political system aiming to dominate the world.

Sugata Bose @Randeep Bhattacharya : Well said. But there are deeper civilisational build-ups involved that are necessary to protect and preserve our civilisation for which a modicum of force in governance is the call of the hour, pro-Hindutva observers would argue. 

Democracy inherently does not allow rapid changes for the better or the worse but anti-civilisational forces using democratic rights and coupling it with treachery along perverted and perfidious ideological lines can kill democracy itself. If works both ways, for and against nationalist interests. The current political dispensation at the helm of affairs is nationalistic and uses influence to pursue its longterm goals. But the radical antinational elements who are in sync with foreign break-India forces are also going to do the same, only to Balkanise India and destroy her. 

Partition has seen the vivisection of the motherland along religious lines where no amount of democratic persuasion could bend Jinnah from his deep-seated Islamic ideology despite erstwhile surface liberal leanings. That much for civility and political propriety as the subcontinent was bathed in blood to create a Holocaust-like situation and no less. 

The mutilated motherland is again seeing secessionist forces working in alliance with foreign forces who could never forgive India her independence and thereby their enforced relinquishment of colonial-imperial control. The religiopolitical nexus that is in full swing, trying to finish their unfinished task of 1947, must be suppressed and eliminated for India's present and future security. The mass anti-government movements of the past few years have all been infiltrated, fuelled and often organised from seed by break-India and anti-civilisational forces. They must be dealt with and with force if need be. The security forces in doing so are themselves under attack from hoodlums galore which leads to excesses in the heat of the moment. This is unfortunate but inevitable in orchestrated disturbances by rogues in the garb of protesters. Protest movements are thus politically hijacked, if indeed they are not from inception the working of political parties pursuing their electoral agenda wearing this mask. 

What the government can and must do is quick response through rapid communication of stance and prospective reform programmes along eminently transparent lines. Here it has repeatedly faltered, almost in seeming apathy, which has shown it up repeatedly in poor light. Now with reduced seats in Parliament and lesson learnt hopefully from the success of the student movement against it, it will make amendments hopefully in the right direction, most importantly in sympathetic effective communication. This is of paramount importance both as dispensers of guardian-like protection to the country's youth as also by way of instilling in them confidence in the administration. This is what good governance is all about.

If you cannot meet a vile faith head on, you are doomed. Tolerating intolerance, allowing fanaticism to proliferate in the name of liberalism is weakness, and the weak invariably perish in this forest of humanity where animality yet persists in its modern guise of civilisation. 

Fight the foe fair and square before the numbers' game tilts irrevocably the balance of power and wipes out all that is human for good as history bears testimony to in scores of countries that have historically been coerced into converted submission or been simply outpopulated overtime by hyper-fertility of the womenfolk carrying out the relevant prophetic mandate. Hypocrisy in the form of idle discussions about the toxicity of these faiths to earn easy money will falter and fail to eliminate this evil that is existential threat to all other faiths and even the faithless. Sincerity alone will triumh. Therefore, study the sacred texts, the inspiration, the intent, the aims and objectives of these enemies of human civilisation and combat them head on wherever they be. Human civilisation must be saved. And it can be done through robust resistance, not unprincipled pretence and passivity in performance.

Garfield Sobers was only seventeen when he made his Test debut for the West Indies against England. He was selected to play as a bowler and batted at number 9. But as the years rolled on, Sobers matured into the world's best batsman while developing his bowling skills into becoming the most complete all-rounder the world had ever seen. Sobers batted at positions ranging from no. 3 to no. 9 in Tests. He could bowl fast, seam, swing the ball both ways, could bowl orthodox left-arm spin, left arm wrist spin and even chinaman. He was a superb close-in fielder who could dive in front to pick up impossible catches inches off the ground and was a brilliant outfielder to boot. In short Garry Sobers was the complete cricketer, the only one ever in cricketing history.
