THE LUCKY THIRTEEN --- TWEETS ON THE EVE OF THE BENGALI NEW YEAR

Hierarchical high-handedness notwithstanding, devotees must ever strive to serve the Mission of the Master to the best of their ability.
The religion of the hour is service to the poor and the powerless, the destitute and the dispossessed, the forsaken and the forgotten.
We can never get peace by leaving others to suffer from want of the basic amenities of life. Water is the crying necessity of the hour. Help.
The apathy of Indians for fellow Indians in distress as in the case of the drought-hit Bundelkhand and Latur is appalling and needs redress.
The fate of a nation lies in the well-being of its citizens, they who are the workers in the fields and the factories, and, above all, the womenfolk.
Education, widespread and of high quality, impregnated with the history and heritage of the land, will raise this country to dizzy heights again.
It's New Year again and yet the perfidy of politicians and businessmen persists. Season's greetings notwithstanding, what we want is tangible change.
The heat wave kills so many each year and so does the cold wave. What we need is advance planning to adopt timely measures to avert the crises.
Let charity begin at home. Only let us identify with our nation as our home and not restrict ourselves to the littleness of our own homes.
Let us desist from considering our own material interest whenever we are confronted with the prospect of contributing to Thakur's cause.
The more you give, the more shall you get in return for Ramakrishna does not like to remain in debt to any. So, contribute handsomely to the cause.
Must we allow the ailing monks of the Ramakrishna Order to suffer the rigours of old age and sickness without recourse to the best treatment?
Contribute handsomely to Ramakrishna Mission Seva Pratishthan to redress the situation. Help upgrade the Premananda Ward immediately.
