1. Apostasy is more rampant in Islam than is known or thought to be. Ex-Muslims often keep it a closely guarded secret for fear of violent retribution. Under the Sharia apostasy is a crime punishable by death and in Islamic countries it is effectively the rule of the Sharia.

2. Non-Muslims must protect themselves from Dawah or the call to embrace Islam. If you are a Hindu, be proud to proclaim so. If you are a Christian, follow your Lord Christ. If Buddhist, follow the Law. Do not convert. Hold on to your own faith or philosophical system. Avoid Islam.
